“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have a question about corporate douchebaggery.

Seriously, is the corporate world full of d0uchebags?

My experience thus far? YUP.

I went on an interview yesterday and, well, I wanted to shoot myself because of all the pretentious, fake, dumb b.s. that's written all over the walls.

I've been in small businesses ever since I started work at 16. Whenever I've even stepped foot into some corporate environment I've felt incredibly awkward.

Can someone help me figure this out?

Maybe I'm just an a55?

Yes, the corporate world is full of douche bags.. I have more than enough of them at my firm.

Having said that, there are the 1%'s. That is, those select few companies that everybody loves working for, employees are treated well and are compensated handsomely for their efforts.

Unfortunately, they are ultra competitive and next to impossible to get in.

Good luck.

Business is business. It's not about what's written on the WALLS - that's for sure.

It's about DOING business, and MAKING money.

THAT'S what it is about. The stupid stuff you see all over the walls is to placate the politically correct, hand-holding (and likely to sue over EEOC cr*p) wussies.

"THE BUSINESS OF AMERICA IS BUSINESS."

I SUCK at the business side of my career, but even I know that this is the truth.

So, buddy, call 'em "douchebags" all you WANT, but the bottom line is the bottom line, and business is business, and if you wanna play ball with the big boys, you'd better get over your idealistic stuff.

This is the "grownup " world..... learn to play like a big boy, or go home to momma. These guys are SERIOUS......they want their money, and they'll make that money, whether YOU think that they're "douchebags" or not.

EDIT: Watch Glengarry Glen Ross.(sp???)

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
Make your frame stronger than the one around you. Honestly, if you project yourself in an interview and they don't like you, you probably wouldn't be happy there anyway. Doesn't mean you don't go in professional and enthusiastic, but remember, the "corporate a-holes"...they're people too. They know what's "douchebaggery".

Dude, you're weird. ;) Who hasn't seen glengarry glenross? That is NOTHING of the type of douchebaggery that I'm talking about! That's the complete OPPOSITE! I actually would rather ENJOY that environment. At least in comparison to the TYPICAL corporate environment I've run into.

It's simple, actually. I just don't feel comfy in an environment that broods complacency. Corporate America rewards mediocrity in MOST matters. Sure, the guys at Google don't have this problem. But do you seriously think the Admin staff at 95% of all medium-to-large corporations is going to be exciting? Creative? Full of spirit? Hell no.

BTW, "Big Boys"? Are you kidding me? I've been working with "Big Boys"! I'm just considering changing industries - hence the interview. You don't know me so stop with this b.s. because you're just projecting your own deficiencies.

I have zero problems with my performance. I'm incredibly proficient at most everything I do. I'm burned out with finance and I wanted to see what else was out there. It's also why I'm talking to Army recruiters.

I might just need a vacation

Ya, I'm pretty sure that's what happened yesterday. I wasn't feelin' it. Part of it was the culture - but it seems to run rampant in corporations I've walked into. I'm just not afraid of most boundaries, asking questions, and talking openly. I sincerely believe that rocking the boat is frowned upon in most corporate cultures. Like I said, mediocrity seems rewarded.

I think the fact that I project myself as a confident person intimidates some people. The funny thing is, I don't seem to have this problem when it comes to small business. I seem to be able to work/speak/live more fluidly. I was self-employed for a year WHILE I was in college. I know business - not to mention I have a degree in it. If I had capital I would probably just start a new business.

You're probably right. I wouldn't be happy there. Not to mention my paranoia of sexual harassment lawsuits!

OK, I'm weird. But I'm happy in my work. You are the one unhappy in business.

Corporate America doesn't reward "complacency" (whatever you mean by that - can you clue us in?) But a bureaucratic mindset WILL reward mediocre performance , if that's what you mean. The "big boys" don't like the middle management BS any more than you do. They just want the JOB DONE. So, maybe middling positions in a big company aren't for you. That's ok, just find something else that needs to be done, and DO it.

If you aren't impressed with the excitement, creativity, or "spirit" of the "Admin" staff, then don't be a part of it. Do something else.

Which "deficiencies" am I projecting? (Although, it's true, I just admitted I'm not good at the business side of my work.) But, you are the one complaining. Bail out, dude, if you hate it so much.

I said nothing about your proficiency or about the quality of your performance. I'm sure you do fine work. But you are not happy, obviously.

The cream rises to the top. You seem to be stuck in the middle. Maybe you should go see that Army recruiter.
