"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Ok... It's damn late, and I'm half asleep. Although, I was feeling down because of my current situation, and decided to do somekind to keep me focus/motivated on my new objectives.

1. First of all, when the 3rd semester begins, I'll be the one who'll have the best grades in classe. Not nerdy. One of the best DJ's (a natural) I ever saw, is in my classe, and is a damn good student. No matter what, I'l have the grades I really want. It's not so hard, because I'm a good student, I have just being lazy till this moment. =/

2. I'm gonna learn the fvcking guitar. I just borrowed one of a friend of mine. The damn thing hates me. I've spent the last 6 days fighting with it. It's my first time with a guitar, so I just suck at it, because I know nothing, besides reading basic tablature. I know it's normal to suck at it when I'm a begginer, but I swear... Today, I was on the edge of giving the guitar back to my friend. I can't play sh*it, my dad tells me I'm never gonna learn anything, I search websites and everything and I just keep more and more confused...
I was just... really damn frustrated. Then I said: "Fvck it." I went to the computer, watched some videoclips from my favorite bands, listened to my favorite music, and said "I'm going to play just as this guys do. No matter what it takes..."
So, I'm going to learn the theory, and do my best with it. And I will suceed.
Any suggestion on how I should learn would be good too.

2. I'm going to start writing my fvcking book. Yeah, I write. I'm not a pro at it, and I don't meant to flatter myself, but I think I have good skills at it (I write in Portuguese, if some smartass wants to know...). I excused myself of doing it saying I have no time, or ideas, but I'm going to sit my as* down and , as soon as an idea strikes, I'll write the damn thing down. I always wished to be a writer, and I believe I have the skills to do so, so I'm not gonna wast my time anymore on useless things and I'll start to do what matters.

3. I'm going to learn Japanese.
Well... I just like it. And besides, my favorite bands are Japanese, so... I'll devot this language some time of my days too. I also with to travel to Japan, so this is kinda of a must. And I find it kinda easy and amusing too, so it would be a easy thing to do. The only problem that may appear is my lack of time, but I'll work things out.

4. I'll start to do more exercice and begin to have a healthy diet.
I've just been a lazy bump, excusing myself to do nothing. Sorry, but it's time for me to work out and get in shape. I'm neither too fat or too thin. I just want to get in shape, and start to eat healthy stuff, and stop eating bad sh*t, a thing that isn't doing any good to me.

5. I'm going to built my social life and DJ status.
Time to rethink my way of living. Last months, have been very good, because I evolved a lot from my AFC deplorable status. Although, it's time to evolve even more. Become friends with the cool dudes (not the guys eveyone thinks are cool but are not... the guys I think are cool, and other people do too).
And it's time to get the chicks. Oh my... This is a great part. My relation with chicks is... just... well, I can't compare it to even a month ago! It's being awesome. I've improved a lot, but it's time to go a step further. My confidence is really up with the ladies, and I'm truly confident I can have a lot of them now... So, get them is what I'm going to do.

Well, this were my concrete points to do. In a more indirect phase, I'm keepin' my cool at home, with my parent's, getting a cool wardrobe, and builting my personality... I plan to begin to listen to more music, and really get into the bands stuff, because I guess this can be a passion to me. I'm improving more and more, in a lot of areas, but this were some topics I should focus in a more direct way.

Well, just a post to keep me motivated. I was feeling kinda down, so I needed to write all this down.
Has this have any morale? I dunno. But, when everything seems to fail, and everything seems to be bad, just look back. Damn! You must have improved something! You just have to keep your faith, your cool, and your confidence. You're gonna do it. You're able to do whatever you want. Never, never give up.

If you haven't improved nothing, and feel down too... Well, it's your fault. It's impossible to not improve when you want too. Maybe you just don't really want that badly to improve. If that's not your case, set your mind on, shut the computer off, and fight for it, whatever it is.

I'm going to bed... Fvck, I must be nuts to write all this crazy sh*t like this at this time of the night. Rock on, dudes.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You have the resolve to start changing your life, and that's the most important part of self-improvement. I know this 'cause I recently had an epiphany myself, and now I have this drive to improve myself that's given me a helluva lot more confidence than simply reading the stuff on this site and making a plan ever did. Best of luck to you, bro... but I don't think you'll need it .

Well, Kanji is the hardest part, indeed. But I'm not working on that at the moment. I'm learning all the basics and stuff, so that I can move forward, to Kanji. But I know a bit already about Kanji, and although it's hard, it's enjoyable to learn. Yeah, I'm crazy as hell.

Thanks for the input guys.

Ive been learning Jap for 3 years... Its not a hard language once you get the hang, took about 1 - 2 months for me... kanjis pretty easy when you can see the pattern

AND kana is jus as easy as rreading english

Hope you get the targets bro, peace

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

ah the famous 3rd quarter resolutions

dont overload yourself. your gonna start falling apart on writing a book or learning japanese or one of the 11,000 pointless goals you have and your just gonna say fucck it i'm hopelessly failing might as well give up. set up three REASONABLE things and work through that. if your a skinny bastard and suck at guitar, your not gonna learn guitar, learn jap, get a six pack, get good grades, get a great social life, rule the world etc. be reasonable.

but good luck.

ps - on guitar, just learn five chords: A, C, D, E, and G. from there you can learn bar chords and most songs. message me and i'll teach you over the net.

Good point... :woo: I guess the motive I set up so many goals was because I had no goals at all. But, yeah, you got a solid point here. I'll select my goals, and work them.

Ah, and thanks for the offer.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
