I assume that is a call out for help.

First important step is GET RID OF YOUR USERNAME or change it if you can (not sure if it's possible) if you can't then make a new, more positive one.

If you constantly log onto here and read that name and what it signifies it just reinforces it into your brain. It is something simple but important.
