Sorry but I don't think that's true. It's true that many years ago Japanese women are kinda submissive like you said, but nowadays things change quite drastically. Asian women now have more power (and you will be surprised how much power they have in family). And so submissive? Yeah it's cultural but not so much nowadays. Of course some families still be able to keep the tradition but otherwise, it's not.
And in Japan, it's even more different. Lots of men in Japan choose to live a live a quiet life and they even said they don't want to have a girlfriend. Still i doubt this, it's probably due to the reservation nature of Japanese people, and also they have extremely intense working life. They generally don't want to get married since it will be extremely costly and time-consuming for them, and so choosing sex-doll is much better option?

Yeah that's true to some extent. Like for example in Japan, there are a "new type" of men called "herbivore", just because they mostly choose to live a lonely life without having a wife or even girlfriend. They're even hesitate in sex, they even don't date. Quite bizarre from our points of view but yeah it happens in Japan.

Maybe that's what they want us to think. Maybe the whole angle is to trick us into thinking they are safe and controllable, and once there is a critical mass of ownership, that's when the silicon dolls will rise up and enslave us all.

Do you know that quite a while ago they have a friend-hiring service? It's not related to love-relationship but let's look again... friend-hiring? I mean I really "WoW" when I heard of this news.
