"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

There is a girl that I deeply like and appreciate, however I am in college. I don't have a car so I can't visit her often, however we have remained close. We communicate via the phone and IM/E-Mails. What can I say or write to her that tells her that I want to take it to the next level? I want some way to ask her a questions to see if she too wants to take it to the next level just to see where it can go. I don't know what to do in this situation honestly.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

You can't take it to the next level through writing. It needs to be physical.

Why not persue college girls instead? Especially if you don't have a car, college girls are more avilable and more convinant. I was lucky where I moved far far away from my home town so I didn't have to deal with something like this, but still, even if I'd of stayed there I'd soon enough realize that I'm young and there's no reason why I shouldn't explore the opportunites my progressing life has presented to me.

Side note: My first room mate in said far away college, in hawaii, hooked up with girls in our school peroidically but tried to maintain a reationship with his girl who was still in High School. He ended up moving back and she ended up dumping him after he got there. You have life choices to make. Make sure you concider them carefully and try to realize that things change when the two of you are apart and are prevented from seeing one another.

you are just plain creepy :nervous: wtf is the next level? i cannot imagine anyone being so unromantic as to email, write, or talk to a girl about taking it to "the next level" (whatever that might be). love is not contract law. you don't negotiate terms or propose offers. think grey - not black and white.

see, the problem with the don juan b.s. is that it doesn't teach you how to love. you have to embrace your soul in order to get a "high" quality of girl. don juans seem to only desire tramps.

do me a favor and take a listen to the cd entitled Star by Milky. feel that cd and many of your problems will be solved. the cd is entirely in english save for one brilliant song. the most amazing song ever written about love/romance. it is called Non so perchè. wow! that song is brilliant. the title simply means "i don't know why" in italian. the lyrics really touch upon what romance is all about.

p.s. romance is amazing. some of the guys on here are just bitter because they can't experience it. my suggestion is to give it a try. avoid the crazy college parties. stick to the girl that has your heart. you won't be sorry.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

age defines maturity just as much. theres a difference if she is 15, 16, 17, or 18. and there are also legal issues as well in USA when someone 18+ goes with someone below 18 and are having sex. shocking ey?
