“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

for the first time in god knows how long, i'm injured. i pulled my shoulder muscle today because my gym doesn't have a support for barbells so i had to do a clean and jerk to get the thing on my shoulders.

anyway, i'm pretty sure it's my left shoulder muscle. has anyone got any suggestions on how to heal it as soon as possible? Should i continue with this week's workout (chest, back and shoulder exercises seem impossible right now)? i already took a week off since i needed rest. the last thing i need just now is an injury when i'm determined to go flat out.

cheers,
gav

A) Join a better gym. That gym sounds ****.

B) Training when you're injured. Why not try for a world record shoulder press! come on man, use the logic. Sure, training through a niggle is understandable. Training with a bad injury is plain stupid.

C) How bad is it on a scale of 1-10. 10 being 'SHOOT ME DEAD!'. Also, what type of motion makes it worse?

For now, my advice is let it heal. You dont run before you can walk, and all that :)

a) the gym is ****, but i've only got 1month till i get back to the uni's gym
b) +c) yeh, i know it seems daft to lift when injured, but it doesn't feel really bad. probably a 2 on the scale, because when i'm resting it's fine.

i suppose one more week's rest wouldn't hurt because i think i have been overtraining for a while. i've always been a deep sleeper, but these days i've been sleeping right into the afternoon.

haha

don't jump so quickly to doing nothing... especially if it's a "2." Just drop the weight, a lot if necessary. Keep the motion up, and just keep the "habit" of the gym. That's important.

don't aggravate it tho.

Last year I hit a skateboard on my bike, and flipped over the handlebars. Caught myself on my left arm and just popped it right outta the socket.

I went to the gym later that night... just to kinda keep it loose and moving. Went real light, and it hurt a little, but not bad (LISTEN TO YOUR BODY). Hurt more for the next few days, but I kinda did stuff light, and if it really was bad, just cut it out completely. I kept going tho, and just upped the weight when it didn't hurt as much anymore.
