I'm feeling humbled

I just watched this on an Indian TV channel. A 25 year old dark skinned blue-collar looking guy who has only studied till 5th class but is fluent in English has been working at a restaurant in Mahabalipuram, a popular tourist destination near Chennai. He used to talk and make friendly with the customers, many of whom are foreign tourists. One such was Angeline, a hot 22 year old German student. He went out with her several times, got her pregnant and she loyally gave birth to the child as well even though she had gone back to Germany. He is in jail (probably out on parole, and still in touch with his gf) for some ongoing murder investigation, which is why he caught the attention of TV, but maintains he is innocent.
I'm humbled by this guy's dating skills (and also just booked my hotel stay at Mahabalipuram for the Xmas holidays). He had no money, no career, no looks, just his mouth to seduce a hottie. I wonder how much he will laugh out of his ugly ass if he ever sees me doing canned opinion openers and getting blown out all the time.

But young white women have, for quite awhile, been willing to easily be seduced by darker skinned gentlemen while on vacation. I doubt he had to say much. Just be nice and fun and "exotic."

I don't know. I'm Indian, darker compared to white men. I tried picking up an absolutely gorgeous blonde German woman in Bangalore a few months ago, at a Vodafone store where she came to buy a SIM card, and I did not succeed. I'm better educated, have a successful career, better looking, and a huge bank balance compared to that guy. SIGH. I too want a half German baby :-((( Have to validate myself at Mahabalipuram.

Just another case where charisma and personality prevail over money. He had something you didn't.

Don't hate on that guy or feel jealousy instead look to improve yourself. Some guys are born with it some don't have it and have to earn it.

I don't have a lot of things but luckily with hard work you can remedy some of your lack of skills. This is why i take salsa dance lessons and go to toast masters. I wasn't born with rhythm and i wasn't born a good speaker so I have to learn that through lessons.

You are right, women should be throwing themselves at you because you have a career and a decent bank balance.

The guy can talk to women, so can you.

If anything, we should be humbled by great achievements, not over such mundane issues such as women.
