Did anyone's dad ever take them aside and explain women to them,the reality of it,how to be a man,a strong masculine man of value and character,how to properly attract women,etc? Or did alot of you learn on your own in some way?

Nope.

My parents were divorced and my dad was never a strong masculine man.

I think father's should be living by example. Most family homes nowaday's has the woman as the dominering figure and the frustrated father aiming to please. It is no wonder that boys grow up to become AFC's if that is what they precieved to be the correct model their whole life.

He tried, god help him. Most of it I just learned later on. You know, it's kinda' like grilled chicken casserole. You can talk all day long about the texture, taste and consistency of grilled chicken casserole, but the description simply will not satisfy someone else's' hunger. Some things you just have to learn on your own.

I really don't know. I know my parent's are good people,they have been married 25 years now,Idk what the secret is,if any,but they seem to make it work. My dad is a good man,but what exactly I learned from him,I don't know...
