Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

okay argh so this week because i'd done my workout plan for about 2 months and it ended i figured i'd rest a week before starting it again. anyway i catch a cold during this week. It's funny because when i was working out for those 2 months even though i exposed myself to sources of the cold i never did catch it and i figured working out was helping my immune system. but what happens now, i go out and catch the cold cause im not workout out. sheesh i knew i should have jsut continued workout out....

anyway jsut wanted to ask if my thoughts were actually right and working out does boost immune systems?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

At the first sign of a cold I stark taking zinc lozenges which help a ton. The trick is that you need to start taking them the day that you start showing symptoms be it just a few sneezes or a runny nose. I keep some at home and at work.

If I am in shape when I get sick, I keep working out. It helps. However, if i'm out of shape and get sick, working out makes everything worse.
