"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

i have some interest in a girl who is only 17 and i don't think LTR's ever last when the girl is that young, she'll always want to leave eventually being young and all, she wouldn't wanna stay with me forever ya know? they wanna have fun while they're still young.

but she and i have much in common, but i don't want to waste time with her if she's not going to be a LTR. cause it's something i am looking for atm. any advice?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I think it's 16 here in the UK. Which is pretty weird considering we're all supposed to be prudes over here. :)

My friend all i can say is that expect to be slapped with an STR not an LTR. However it is possible to have an LTR in your situation. Since she is still only SIXTEEN (she's not 17 yet, just because she is one year older doesn't mean they mature) it will not guarantee you anything!

That's all i can tell you, which you have also posted up here by yourself, it's better to date someone that's in on the same wavelength as you, ie. someone more closer to your age (Based on my Experiences). Don't expect an LTR from a girl that young! I knew a girl who once dated for only 2 months and got rid of them, some strange trait she holds...

On another note: to answer your question Player_Supreme, yes it's legal to date in their circumstance but then again it raises the whole morality and ethics issues.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

what if i'm 20 and she's 18? is that closer? also, i have another question. is it so wrong to date girls from the internet? MSN perhaps? i know i hear that it's really silly, but my last gf was from MSN and i didn't really mean to even date her, it all just happened and we fell for each other. it was great but i had to leave her alone, i had issues. by the time i fixed these issues it was too late :)

anyway, the reason i ask this is becaues the town i live is totally almost full of wh0res, you can't really find any decent gals down where i live. i haven't found any. however, online, i meet very nice gals that live about an hour away from me, somewhere else, the main city down here. infact, i just finished having a chat with a random girl who just msg'ed me and turned out to be a very beautiful blonde who is 18 in october. let's say i DID get to know her and decide to meet, is that so wrong? i haven't had any success finding real women offline where i live so maybe give the internet a shot?

Wait? Now she's 18? dude make up your mind! lol

Nah i reckon that's better... two adult ages dating is more stable than an adult dating a minor...

and yeah well who's to say that internet dating is wrong? After we now almost practically live off this overly time consuming piece of ....ahh.. yeah...

i dont think it's wrong and society doesnt think it either, like i said internet is now part of our lives, almost the same as going outside and picking a chick up. just that over the net it's more manually controlled (ie. u have to send them urr pic vice versa. for them to get that REALITY into it)

Tails dude btw, which state you live in?

no, this is another gal, lol. and what is it with the beautiful girls always says be right back, and when they get back they never tell you, lol. i have noticed many beautiful girls are very ignorant and careless, i suppose that's because they don't need to worry about guys, they know they can get almost anyone, right? but still, it's s.h.i.t.s me, i feel like blocking the b.i.t.c.h. this attitude from girls once turned me into an @sshole big time. i went through a phase where i really hated girls, lol. but i get over things real fast now and it's back to: "hey hey! it's happy time again!" i'm in perth by the way.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Coming from a self-proclaimed LTR guy...

Are you operating under the assumption that every LTR is wasted if it doesn't lead to marriage? What are your goals for your relationships right now, are you just not going to bother if it looks like you won't spend eternity with a woman?

BTW...

Playa: 17 is beyond legal in Vegas, baby! ;)

Beethoven: Sorry guy, you're still prudes.

hmm, i think i just realised why i've been single since march last year. i have been avoiding so many girls since. for some reason, i just don't wanna waste my time on a girl i know that won't last. i know it's silly, but i hate putting my feelings out there for a girl and thinking we're the best two couples in the world, and the one day, BANG!, we're over. it would just seem like it was a waste of feelings. and i don't want to go through that again :(

this is why i don't date anymore that much, i think i try to avoid that. it's really fuked.
