If you're stagnated and don't know what to do, then I have a plan for you next week. I will be doing this myself. No excuses. If you're stagnant, do these.
Monday:
Concentrate on gaining wealth. You can pick any of these activities:
A) Think of three cool jobs and apply at them, or call these places and ask what one needs to do to get a job there. Then immediately start following their suggestions.
B) Sign up for a community college course on running your own business and plan to make contacts there as well. Some people may already be running successful businesses out of their houses. You can get ideas this way.
Tuesday
Concentrate on gaining health. You can pick any of these activities:
A) Sign up for the USDA's good pyramid website and follow it's suggestions, or go to Dr. Weil's website and plan to make one of his recipe's each day for the next week.
B) Join a gym that offers hours you will actually attend. If you're really poor you sign up for a class at a university or the YMCA which both often allow non-members for a slightly higher fee (it's cheap). If you really, truly cannot do this for some reason, then buy a piece of used exercise equipment and use it. Classified ads should have plenty. If you are just dirt, dirt poor you can buy an exercise band to get started. No excuses. If you're this poor, repeat #1 also!

Concentrate on gaining stability. You can pick any of these activities:
A) Try some form of meditation. You should be able to find meditation audio clips online. I find the audio clips easier to do, but if you don't have one just concentrate on your own breathing for 10 minutes.
B) Everytime you start to automatically think some negative thought stop yourself. Even if you really believe it is true, STOP yourself. You need to avoid going into a negative state, it makes no difference if the logic behind the negative thoughts are accurate or not. In that frame of mind you couldn't possibly determine this anyway. Remind yourself that you need to stay in positive state, not worry over the righteouness of the world around you.
Thursday
This one is easy. Treat yourself nice. Do something to reward yourself for your efforts. Enjoy a bottle of wine if of age, and if not then allow yourself to play video games or whatever you've been missing out on.
Friday
Go out without the intention of taking anyone home. I feel it's important not to become too wraped up in this stuff (one cause of stagnation) and to be a real human. Try to just BE and see what happens. There is no pressure.
There you have a full week laid out for you. If you follow these steps and really do them, you will break the stagnation effect even if it doesn't seem like we did much. You should feel much, much better mentally and emotionally if you really follow these steps. I set goals for myself like this every couple of months to make sure I am not stagnating. It always picks me up a notch or two.
I am going to be out there doing these same, simple (but effective) steps.
