The irony is that if a male boss made the same comment to a female employee he'd be in trouble with HR. It's a complete double standard how women are allowed to make snide digs at men.

I feel like you are misusing the term cougars here. A Cougar is an older woman who seduces younger men. I think you're referring to any slender, attractive woman in her 30s/early 40s, regardless of whether or not she is interested in younger men.

I define a cougar as a woman that is older than my preferred age. Yes, this means I term a lot of women younger younger than myself as cougars.

Hot climate states are fatter. It’s too hot to go outside. The fit states are pretty cold actually (Colorado, Minnesota, Connecticut, etc)

Colorado definitely has a lot of fit women, but they are pretty rough looking (I wonder if an appreciable amount are trannies ).
