"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

What was the turning point for you?

I was born and bred AFC, had a real low self esteem mother who drilled into me to be mr nice guy, put women on pedestal etc.

In my case it took a BPD getting her claws into me and shaking me to within an inch of my life to realise the deal.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I was pretty alpha in my teens and early twenties. Then I thought a LTR was the way to go; obviously being naive, thinking that no one would ever screw me over. I was too nice. And still am in some ways, but I'm learning.

Turning point was a couple of years ago when a depressive recluse even dumped me. Haa!

Then I started taking some theories and concepts more seriously. And gradually life is getting easier again. Reliance on the self and a few close friends and family is about all we can do,

By this time next year, I will be largely debt free and physically and mentally reconditioned to have the women I want chasing me again. It's a long road. But it's worth it.

My turning point was being dumped from a one year relationship. Before that I was unemployed for two years, my brother died, I lost my job of 20 years and I got a divorce. My son hasn't been making proper choices so I sent him to military school.

I am suffering from depression and need to lose about 30 pounds. I am trying to claw my way back.

Turning point was when I was lead on by a girl for 3 years only to have my buddy hook up with her after talking to her for 2 days.

damn son, sorry to hear about that one.

Hope the "buddy" is gone from your life too though, that's one thing we dont need to do as men is go after the girls our friends like

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

the turning point for me (mid 20's) was when I had a thing for a girl but in my mind she wanted nothing to do with me. Later on I found out she had a crush on me and was waiting for me to make the first move. It was too late though, she moved out of state for grad school, never saw her again. From then on I decided I was going to make my intentions known. No regrets. Better to be rejected than to not try at all.

I got owned and learned from my mistakes, the mistakes of others, and the success of others. I also lived in a fraternity house and a party house afterwards, so I was exposed to women behavior a lot.

It took me living on my own, not listening to my parents about women, crafting my own career and having success, and not pedestalizing puss.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
