If you think looks don't matter to women, you're SADLY mistaken.

Get yourself bulked up if you're too skinny.
Get yourself toned if you're fat.
Get some nice clothes.
Get a good haircut. Grow it out, keep it short, it doesn't matter as long as you have some style.

The reason I say this is because you have to attract the women first. That's point number 1.

All the lines in the world and all the confidence in the world won't do jack sh!t if you can't even attract them first. Anyone telling you that looks don't matter is equivalent to a fugly woman saying, "it's what's inside that counts".

You guys that keep trying and having no luck at all, I say cudos to you for the effort, but since it isn't working for you, it's time to make some dayum changes.

You guys that aren't even trying, yet sit in your room on your computer crying about not having anyone or any luck. In the words of Mr. T "I pitty the foo". I also have to say this "GET OFF YOUR ASS". Turn off the computer, walk out of your room, go some where (anywhere), and say hello to each person you see - no matter who they are. Learn the art of conversation by going out and doing it, but don't rely on getting a response and getting all caught up in it. Do this sh!t for you. If you don't do it, I don't have anything else to say to you. Sorry, dude.

Remember, looks do matter in the beginning. You have to attract first. There are no words that you can say to a woman that will attract her. Once you get yourself looking good and girls take notice, you'll grow more confident as you progress.

There have been many many threads regarding looks and how it affects their attraction. It doesnt matter what anyone says, how they say it, when/where they say it. Looks matter. Period. Question: What does she think of you?
Answer: Not much.
You're going to have to use your DJ skills, confidence, etc, to attract her, since your body isn't.

Look, girls obviously prefer hotstuff dudes, but it means little to what actually "works" for women relationship-wise. It's common sense that hot dudes are hot to women. Thanks for the tips, genius. -.-
The point is that girls react way more to a whole slew of other crap, unlike dudes who mainly react to physical attractiveness.
Also,girls are way more attracted to non-biological physical traits, like style, sense of physical sense, sexuality, etc. Men are what they wear. Walk confidently and you'll get looks from women, for example. Be a gq-model but walk with a slump, frown, and look unkept and like a bum and girls wont give you a second glance.

You know you need to work on your looks if only fat and ugly women approach you and you must run away (I hope you're wearing Converse, they're lighter, enabling you to run faster.)

Have any of you guys seen the show "Average Joe"? The guys who were muscular turned the girl's head INSTANTLY and out of muscular guy with the beach bod and the average joe, the beach bod won.

If you're rich, you'd better be getting lipo as well as other surgery and get that excess body fat off ASAP! F**k losing weight naturally, this procedure does help! Who needs to know you did that? Sure, at the beach or in the bedroom, the scar will show, but you've got it going on! Your confidence will shoot WAY UP, just like if you own a drop top Bentley. You can duck behind it to attract women, but watch out for golddiggers.

To aid with that beach bod, some say use illegal steroids, provided you can find them, you're not in pro sports, and only municipal uses! Don't tell anybody, you may get snitched on!

Get a personal trainer if you can afford one.

If you ain't rich, work on doing so if you can't get a SEXY girl to notice you.

If all else fails, you'll have to resort to "skin deep sexy" i.e. personality and confidence.

Look into plastic surgery if need be.
