His road to recovery:

1) Drops the whiny voice
2) He slouches, fix posture
3) Develops some confidence in himself. Do something with his life besides clerk/typist
4) Run through the DJ bootcamp.

Ya ya, there's crap like learning how to dress, developing humor/personality, etc. The above will get him going in a few months, on the rAFC road, more dates in just a short time. The rest is longer term.
