If you don't have plates, what do you do it divide attention?

What do you guys do to prevent yourself from getting too attached to one girl? I know it's easy to say hobbies ect, but even when doing them it's not hard to end up thinking about someone or wanting to text them. Without other plates to hang with it's hard to shut your mind off.

When you are busy with your life, goals and passions, there is not enough time to think about women . A man's biggest treasure is his time.

Well, I think you can spin as many plates as you want and pursue as many passions as you want, if you do that to forget a girl or to distract your mind from girls then your mind will be fvcked up anytime soon and you will fail.

This is me today: I spent my whole afternoon doing my passion. I come back from 1 week of nice time with friends and girls and tonight I cannot sleep because I am back home and I am thinking about my ex, imagining her being kissed and banged by another guy during NYE and consequently it's almost 1:30AM and I am still awake writing on SS.

You can have 365 plates, but if one will go missing or busy you will be back thinking about your ex, your oneitis or being BETA with your current GF. It's like taking shots of heroin and missing one shot will take you back to your feeling of emptiness and you will lack your daily dose.

Those are techniques and postures but they are here just to make the good mindset easier to reach.

The theories behind those techniques are the Abundance theory and the Great Catch theory. The key is to think differently about yourself and as stated in the Book of Pook (kill that desperation) and in Rational Male (plate theory), the goal is to start thinking that your are the Great Catch, whatever you do.

So basicaly, you can drink beer and ride your Harley during the whole day, as long as you THINK and genuinely KNOW you are the Great Catch you will be OK. It is just much easier if you build a high SMV, have valuable passions and a flock of chicks running after your a$$.

Try to meet other women.

If you feel you really want female attention (we've all been there...), just pursue other women. Go out to the bar. Attend meetups / networking events. Lurk online, etc. Set up first dates. You'll stop thinking about that one girl so much once you line up some social events and dates.

Reserve at least one night per week to acquiring more prospects.

Discover your life's passions. No matter how mundane it is. Just keep busy. Even if it's volunteering. You will find those things to be more satisfying and you will wonder why you even thought about her in the first place.
