There will be no following target because they can only destroy positive masculinity (the guys who went on the moon,created computers,defend the law etc) while they have no power on negative masculinity (criminals,warlords,bad guys in general).
So they would simly weaken and remove that same masculinity that allows them to live free and protected, many positive men would turno into negative or revolutionaries in the process.
Once the positive is no longer strong, the negative has a blank check to run on their asses, and a new social order would appear.

Think about it... IF women went on strike, hospitals will be missing nurses, schools will be missing teachers, and stores will be missing clerks and shoppers...sucks to get sick and I guess the kids stay home.. If MEN went on strike... the power grid will go down, the food won't be trucked,etc. society collapses in 4 days.
