"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

So I went to the mall yesterday and ran into two hot girls, got their numbers. Got a call from a buddy, he tells me the two Norwegian chics we met last year are back in the states and want to hang out last night. I met a girl in the laundry room, very cute, get her number. And guess what happens next....some dumbsh1t steals my phone at the gym! ARRRGH! :box:   :trouble:

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'm sorry for you mate, but Hahahahha!

Oops, I shouldn't be posting here; the biological age is too low, like it matters anyway.

PS: I'm not laughing at your bad luck, but at the movie-style irony.

You lost your phone at the gym or someone stoled it at the gym... these are completely different.

I know! I couldn't help but laugh myself when I thought about it. You're always going to have some setbacks getting back in game. I knew it was going way to easy.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Yah I thought I lost it, until I called the phone company and saw that it was being used.

Tell them to let you know where it is being used. They should know based on the IMEI number. In fact, they can tell you the number of the current user and if it is worthwhile, you can contact your local authorities to retrieve the phone for you. Or you can do your own detective work. That's only if it is worthwhile.

Personally, all my phones are over $500 dollar so I have programs installed on them and if stolen, you'd be trucked down to the inches...

Why are you taking your cell phone into the gym? A cell phone doesn't belong there.

Yah you're right. I was waiting on a phone call.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Buy a walkman to hear your music at the gym... for some reason my gut always told me to leave my cell in the car when I hit the gym.. and the gut never lies.

I just memorize phone numbers and listen to the gym music and don't need GPS coordinated directions back to my car or to take pictures on the way.
