If you want the easiest time possible then yes you should pursue the woman with the minimum attractiveness to satisfy the boner test, especially for LTR's and marriage. Women love value so naturally the higher value you are the better your relationships with them will be. Just sex is fair game but any man who bats out of his league in relationships is setting himself up for failure.
