“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm sure that some of you guys are in the same position as me in that working can seriously fvck up my diet.

I wanna get some ideas together of suitable foods (preferably high protein) to take to work. I have just been taking biscuits etc but i wanna scrap that cos they're sh!t for my diet (plus everyone nicks them).
The only ideas i've got at the mo are fruit (although not high protein), cheese sandwiches and yoghurts (both better for protein but still not great) or actually take my whey powder.

So what other ideas have you got? Or what sort of food do you take to work?

By the way, my workplace hasn't got microwave/fridges/freezers available for food so it needs to be stuff that doesn't require any of these.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

if your place dont got fridge then you should prolly take some whey.
i usually put some whey in a ziplock bag an d another serving in the shaker, and just add water.

for carbs i just eat whole wheat bread.

yea its not fine dining but it satisfy all the nutritional needs... heh

You can buy a mini cooler that's about the size of a lunch box. Get an ice pack and it keeps everything cool for the better part of the day. This way, you can pack some good food that won't spoil.

My favorite easy to make/good for you sandwhich is this:

- 2 slices of high fibre, 100% whole wheat bread. (shop around, there are some really healthy breads out there...find the one with the highest fibre content/calorie ratio.... keep an eye on the amount of sugar in it, too...the lower the better

-1 slice of fat free cheese

- 1 TBsp Helman's Low Fat Mayo

- 4 Slices of Fat Free turkey, cut from the Deli Counter at your local super market.

Eat that with a tall glass of Skimmed Milk, add in an apple and maybe a handfull of almonds, and you got yourself a filling meal that will keep you energized for a good long while.

You can stick to your diet, regardless of where you work...or what your schedule is like. You just need to be dedicated to preparing ahead of time, and not taking the easy way out (fast food junk)
