"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I'm writing quickly, hence it may not seem intelligible or like comprehensive English.

I'm m more or less quitting my day job. I'm in the process of running two-three ventures which will give me an my father financial success.

I am 36.

My father is turning 69.

He obtains the full government pension, two private pensions, money from me every week and more.

I do chores, chase this and that for him.

Due to the fact I'm in the house now, I can obviously give him a lot of support. He isn't in any health or medical problems.

He doesn't listen. I can show him I'm talking to women.

He has a big house with his mortgage paid off.

His daughter married.

He said if I don't listen to him, why am I living in his house.

Today, he got very angry and said because I am not married, the neighbours say stuff about him. My father goes they swear (I go do they swear at his face, what situations do they swear).

He says because I'm not married they say stuff.

I say why do you care. Why do you take it in your mind. No one needs to be in a physical marriage to prove anything.

Then he goes because I'm not married I'm causing trouble.

He goes she is not here.

He goes to my friend the other week, they've been abusing him for a long time. When my dad were in the toilet, my father says for some reason they know when he is in the toilet and they say things.

He does if I don't clean (but how can they see through the house). The neighbours will say stuff.

Why doesn't he say nothing to the relatives, say a straight question. What's he going to do, agree and take in what people say.

Why is my father like this with everything in his life and more than other people. He has so much success, security, stability in his life

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So what is my father, sister going to do.

Get the family involved, harass me for answers, gaslight me, put me under duress. Control me.

My sister allowed the cousin to walk free after the bullying,

-Wasn't going to admit anything,
-Wasn't going to tell him or others the truth. She wanted to get the family involved. She was gaslighting me.
-isnt going to say anything
-Isnt going to tell the truth

It's a controlling me, gaslighting game. My father and sister will play into the relatives hands.

I write quickly and that makes me seem like I'm writing incomprehensible English. A got a bit emotional.

Third post:

My father and sister don't tell the truth, especially my sister and no line of defence. Don't say nothing.

My sister says nothing and doesn't put them in their place. Maybe I'm gaslighted or their is an agenda, narrative.

My father with all the security, stability, success virtually has nothing to worry about. I think he just wants pride and status. He says shut the door and I'm getting the food out. Someone said unfortunately he is a fool to have a poor attitude when we both have so much.

What does he want, all he cares about is showing people, want to fit in?

He doesnt listen and that hurts.

My relatives continue not acknowledging or asking about the success.

I sometimes get confused. Maybe I'm gaslighted.

People have sort of mocked me in the community, take a dig, do they have freedom? They could pick on older unemployed men and they know them. I've cut them off and keeping distance. They could pick on many many older than me.

I wonder what they laugh about. I was once timid. Maybe it's a social narrative. Power games.

I feel like with my sister too. Maybe they just want to bully me, overpower me, control.

I am going to get myself some private counselling.

I think I can speak for all of us when I say we have no idea what you’re talking or whining about. Some context would help, maybe your religion or nationality, and perhaps a translator too.

Sorry, I feel embarrassed for writing this thread.

I think I over react and over think things.

I will be getting professional help.

My father had a huge go at me. I said I got hurt over my sister's lies, which she was lying. I told him to forget it and don't tell her because she will cause trouble.

He said the bullying is my problem.

He just goes on and on. He gets angry.

Two weeks ago, I politely said I do not wish to stay in the community and he was going on and on angrily and arguing.

He gets cold and argumentative.

He doesn't listen and does he's own thing.

I'll get bullied and more bullied.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
