Some days I work 1pm-9pm and by the time I get off work my gym is about ready to close. I just get up earlier in the morning to get my workout in. I feel I have more energy in the mornings than training in the evening, but whatever works.

I have worked out around midnight before when prepping for my 1st bootcamp. At the time I worked at a factory and got off at 1 am then would roll into the gym and train lifting AND cardio LOL. I am applying for an overnight job possibly and this may become a reality once again..
