Today I got a 3.5 percent increase... it's better than nothing but I know I am worth more. It's a warehouse job, and it doesn't pay crap but.. it's helped me take care of my family, and there's plenty of OT.

I'm just wondering, is it a good increase, or no?

I've got another job lined up already, but I dunno if I should try to negotiate a better increase with them regardless. It may come back and bite me in da a$$.

That's pretty much just keeping up with inflation so you have the same income as last year now.

im in the cbus too and work at a warehouse, they also have a max 5% raise per yr but lots of OT & DT. i like it but ya def gotta keep lookin for somethin better, like a career.
and i got stood up thyis mornin for the first time, for a bfast meet w a myspace hottie, she says she just got a man--via email, not phone:down:
