Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm not gonna lie, I have been quite an AFC at this point, but I am working on it. This semester at college I think that I will be completly over it for one reason. I have a public speaking class. How will this help me not be AFC you ask. Because there are three guys(me included) and about 25 girls and of that 25 about 8 are HB's. I feel that this is the best thing to happen to me because if there is one thing to boost confidence it is public speaking and having the class being 99% girls helps out alot also

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Most people speak at too rapid of a rate when giving a speech. It is a side effect of nervousness. Talk slowly, project your voice, don't fidget, and don't say "uh" or "um." The Toastmasters speech club keeps a horn or noisemaker and honks it at the speaker when he says either of those words, because it is a very bad habit that many people have. Good luck to you.
