I want to cut my gut

I have a gut.

I've had it forever, in the same proportions, on my body.

I want to get rid of it.

I don't care too much about weight or anything else of the sort. If I could get rid of my gut and make it flat, yet still weight the same 205 pounds, i would be completely fine. I want to feel healthy while I'm doing it. What suggestions do you have to just get rid of the gut?

Situps and cardio is all I can think of right now.

seriously though, you want a flat stomach dude? Start eating right (I mean like really right) and working out hardcore with a good amount of cardio and HIIT.

I mean seriously, your best bet would be couple of days lifting + couple of days HIIT and a good cutting diet (see Diesels thread)

its as simple (or hard as that)

and seriously, when it comes to your stomach, Diet is like 80%. Crunches? Situps? Meaningless until you get rid of your blubber, and even then its all about the weighted crunches and so on. Hell, heavy squats and deads probably do hell of a lot more for your abs than crunches/situps ever will.

I have a super high metabolism, so I eat what I want, but for you, work pre-core machine and do lots of cardio, including eliptical machine and bike.

do leg raises. those will get you swimmer cut and make you hot woo!
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I don't smoke, drug up, or drink any alchohol.
I don't drink coffee (I do drink tea)
I can't eat wheat, anything cow milk based or corn.
I only eat sea-caught fish or hunted animals. (which means I don't eat meat that much)
I don't care if it's organic or not.

That diet pretty much cuts all junk food and creams known to man except pop and pure potato chips (you'll be surpsied on how many "potato" chips contain wheat.)

Even w/ this diet I hover around 205.

If I modify my diet slightly (dont drink a pepsi can at work to stay awake, maybe don't drink tea?, don't eat special candy's such) and suppliment the sugar loss w/ fruit (oranges and bananas), I might be fine. I know rice krispies (the only cereal I know that I can have) don't have too much sugar, but they still do. I think I'll still have salad dressing.

Are eggs a bad idea?

How much does caffene effect a cutting diet?

What's the best webpage you know of explaining HIIT?

Egg whites are probably ok. I think caffeine is fine - it is a stimulant and should even speed up your metabolism very slightly, as long as you are not consuming sugar with it.

But what do you eat? Does the tea have sugar in it?

I don't know whether you're being serious or not, but i'm going to assume that you are. Because the majority of people here don't have a fu<king clue what they are on about.
