I Want to bE a Pickup-Artist

I think it's going to help me get over the last of the feelings from a tough breakup. Having sex with a lot of women will help me forget.

I think i'll have a little edge over some other guys trying to be pick-up artists because i'm alright with women. I guess most guys start out with nothing.

But I want to learn skills and techniques to get laid a lot. I'm going to still post here because you guys seem more normal than other boards I've visited like mASF and seducingwomen ect.

But Ive also seen lots of videos on Youtube, including that one Asian guy who breaks up with his girl and then lays all those women.

So what do you guys suggest I do? I've notice some guys do "FR"s, what is taht? I could do a journal or a bootcamp but I don't think i really need bootcamp. I can get dates and sex but I want lots of it and fast so I stop thinking about my breakup.

Any tips, articles, links would be helpful.

Listen man. Having sex with tonsa of chicks is degrading to your self-image the way u put it. Think about it...U want to forget a break up by fvcking women? So what your telling us is you need a woman's validation to be content with yourself.

Pick-up artists are guys with way too much time on their hands. Learn to be a MAN and women will approach you instead. No need to seek those round objects all the time for the rest of your life. Let them come to you instead.

All my GF'S approached me first. I worked out, dressed smooth, cool and masculine and started developing myself. Since then i've gotten chicks with minal effort. Work on yourself pal, embrace your MANHOOD.

People often turn to the wrong places in search of true happiness. A real Don Juan loves himself first, women second. You can't truly succeed unless you yourself are in a state of happiness. Follow your bliss, work out, eat well, dress smooth, become a guy that naturally attracts women. The less pick-up material you need the better.

I think he is talking about PUA lifestyle as a whole, which makes you feel happy and all that when you actually get there.

Whats really wrong with having to much time on your hands? This is what a few people was talking abot few months back, everyone works so hard for what? Even badboy says it "Society constantly tries to keep us unhappy" if your happy you don't need or want anything. Which is true and helpped me alot inner game wise. Before I wanted a car and all this crap, but now as I think about it why work so hard instead live your life.

This is why you always hear parents saying "Don't rush to grow up because soon enough your going to have to pay bills and insurance, etc." Also this is why people loved college and like right after college most of there lives just sucked quality wise, thats because in college you was just living, you had enough money to live. Some people spend 40-60 hours working and there working so hard to make all this money to buy a house or car, etc, and when you finnally get it your working to hard anyway so your not even going to be able to enjoy your house, and now bills, taxes, insurance, etc is higher because you have a higher income. So now your back to square one.

Then you got people who has much time on there hands, there life quaility is so much better because they can do more stuff that they want and there still living and don't have to work as hard. They get to live more of there life instead of living to work.

But anyway I would suggest a few things to help you because if your not careful you can be sucked into all the material that is posted.

Start in babysteps
1st week just practice Opening
2nd week practice Attracting (DHV, Stories, C&F, etc)
3rd week practice Bodylanguage
4th week practice Rapport (Building a connection)
5th week practice escalating
6th week practice closing

In the end just work on stuff your having trouble with.

Meanwhile some reccomended stuff to read between this learning process are..

Do a search on Field report forums on "A2damir" and "Bradp" get a good idea on how C&F works from a2damir and just read about some tight game from bradp. Look through Tyler durden's archive.

If you just want to get stuff done quickier and willing to dish out money buy the Venusian Arts handbook by mystery.

IF anything search mASF for posts on stuff you need help with, maybe attracting you need more details on how attraction works and stuff like that.

I didn't realize this, what is the "difference" supposed to be, exactly?

A pick-up artist seduces women as a sport. They do it for the challenge and of course the fun of the reward.

A Don-Juan practices the art of seduction on a less consistent basis...it's a tool to allow him to seduce the women that he genuinely finds attractive, rather than just seeing how many hotties he can pick up. A Don-Juan focuses more on living a full, satisfied life, of which getting laid is usually a big part.

Essentially, they're the same thing. Being a "Don-Juan" is not about a bunch of inspirational feel-good posts on some forum to make you feel better about your mediocre life.
