“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

probably, it's not fat... it's air in your stomach... either you eat bad or you are allergic to lactose...

You have to change your diet. Period.

Cut out all the sugar from sweets, cokes, stuff like that.
Don't eat a bunch of carbs at night.
Eat more protein.
Most of all your gonna have to eat few calories than your body needs otherwise your not going to burn the stored fat in your stomach.

Put all your energy into your diet and not so much into working out or cardio and the fat will come off.

I gained tons of definition in that area by really lowering my sodium intake. The extra water retention definitely impaired my definition.

Im on a 4,000 calorie a day diet, I dont think this is necessarily true. You just need to have intense workouts, and have the motivation to keep with it. If you find an ab workout/routine/machine you like, just stick with it. They will come in time.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It's entirely true. If you want to get fast results for your abs you need to change your diet. Hard running will also define your abs and probably the best ab workout - hanging knee rises with a weight for your lower abs.

This happens to men as the age and your metabolism slows down.

First thing you need to do is look at your diet. Start cutting the excess carbs out of your diet. Eat a higher lean protien diet.

Next your new best friend is going to be the big rubber exercise ball and you are going to have to do lots and lots of crunches.

Big difference when you are 18 chief than when you are over 30. The medobolic rate of an 18 yo is usually radically different than a 30 year old man

I'm not saying that you should completely cut sodium from your diet although many people swear that you need too. Sodium (found in salt) is necessary for the body to absorb water but it isn't needed in abundance.

For me, dramatically reducing the amount of chips I ate made a HUGE difference. In addition to being loaded with bad carbohydrates, the sodium levels are extremely high. I restrict myself to a a small bag of chips week or less. It's enough for me to work off with just a couple of days of normal exercise.

Understand that being a cyclist the majority of my exercise is aerobic. Proper hydration is also important so I do need some level of sodium intake (thus my need to drink Gatorade).

As suggested, read Diesel's Cutting Guide located in this forum. It's really good.
