i want my confidence back, the one where i didnt give a fuk if a girl call back or not, i wanna stop wearing my freaking heart on my sleave, im starting to play hard to get now on,

i got a oneitis for a girl that i aint in a relationship yet... its hard for me to game her when i freak out for the little things, and my lack of confidence is slowly pushing her away.

i cant spin more plates cuz i dont find any girl im interested in,
my standards are high, this girl is confident so shes smart,

i want my confidence back!!

You know, I kind of had the same thing lately. She was a girl I REALLY liked so much more than anything I'd met in a year or so, and when it fell apart I was kind of in a middle ground confidence wise. I felt good because this hot, sweet girl had liked me and the testosterone was high... but at the same time I was kind of in oneitis-mode and no other girl was good enough to be a "plate".

It's wearing off, though. You just have to FORCE yourself to get in physical contact with another girl... once the heat and the smell of another female body gets to you you'll feel better right away.

Trust me... I went out twice over the weekend with different girls. Didn't screw either but made out with one and did a little more with the other. It wasn't that great but it DID get me back into the game.

Weirdly enough, though... I am still in contact with the first girl and with the new confidence it makes me think I can get her back again (it's not quite over).

Ah, things are never that simple, huh?

UPDATE... realsmoothe you are right and its working..

well what i did was, after my oneitis got me bad today. LIKE REAL bad, i felt dizzy, and felt sick to my stomach.. i said to myself "this aint me.. im better than this... its all in my head, all in my head.. if i change my thoughts it will change my physis of my body' so i cleaned my room hardcore, get my mind busy and ketp talking to myself. saying I still got the confidence in me..

and i just came back from the gym and i feel great! like real great. im tryin to spin more plate..

background: i was the rebound 5 months ago.. gave her space.. so shes back and im tryin to attract her while i have oneitis so its rough. but u know what..

she got my number, she can call me if she wants to hook up, i told her im free this weekend, she giving me bs sayin she got a friends bday and some other ****.. so imma play hard to get with her, shes confident so it should eat her out :p
