“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

And now I can't think about many things without thinking something negative first, even if I don't mean it. It seems like the only way to fix it is to infinitely pay full attention to everything for a while, or do the drug again. I don't know how to fix this. Does anyone know what to do?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

What drug?

Whatever it was, the passage of time and abstinence will clear things up. Just don't do it again. As a side note, you should never, ever, try a drug without first doing extensive research.

it wasn't crack or meth. the effect doesn't last that long for him to be having the problems he's having now.

even money it's adderall or ritalin. if i'm right, just lay down and watch TV. it will pass eventually.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

He could be having negative thoughts because he is already addicted after one try. Speed will do that to you.

I misread the guy's post. at first it seemed like he was saying that that the drug is making him pay close attention to ****, that's adderal / ritilian, maybe ice. but after re reading it he's saying that he can't stop thinking about the drug itself.

that is what is called a craving OP. you're addicted to whatever it is you just took.

cravings are just thoughts. it will pass. generally takes 2-3 hours and just do something to keep you busy you will forget about it.

some practical advice would be to go buy some choc late, the richer the better. it helps with cravings. a hot bath in Epsom salt helps as well. If it's really bad go online and find an AA meeting and take your ass there and talk to someone about what you are thinking.

maserbating will help as well. as funny as it sounds it works. it releases the dopamine chemicals in your brain just like drugs do so it will help take the ease off what you are feeling.

if this is your first time taking the drug, once it's out your system you are going to be fine. give it a week or so and never use it again.

Or just smoke some weed and forget the hard stuff.

that's not very good advice.

while that does work for some, it depends on the type of addict a person is, and this guy beudcse he has just tried drugs for the first time, does not have a clue what type of addict he is

it would work for me beucase i was only addicted to one drug. but for a lot of people who are addicts, the use of one drug can and will trigger the want/need for another. these are called poly substance abusers.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polysubstance_dependence

if this is his first time using anything he's best to tough it out for a few days until it gets out of his sytem and go about his way, changing one addiction for a lesser addiction is not a real solution

now i say that saying that while in AA and a sponser i told people, more than once to smoke a blunt to make it threw the night but that's apples and oranges, the people i am talking about have/had full blown crack/meth/herion/pill addictions and go on 500-1000-2000 dollar 3-5 day benders.. if smoking a blunt can prevent that then yeah go ahead.

but this isn't that. he's at a very god point to where he can get out of this without being chemically or metnally addicted to anything, and that's the best way to be

also please note OP, the craving symptoms that you described, are extremely, extremely mild. on a scale of 1 to 10 that's about a 2 and a half to a three. I've had cravings so bad once i really got hooked that i would physically lock up until the craving wore off or i took a hit of the drug. you don't want to get to that point trust me.

soberrecovery.com and drug-forum.co.uk are 2 really good forums, there is a substance abuse recovery section on the 2nd site, i'm a member on both.

if you need to talk to someone pm me

This is how I felt after doing coke for the first time. Even days later, it's all I could think about. You may have an addictive personality like me, better to just wait it out and let the craving/withdrawls pass. And whoever provided you the drug or was the source I'd avoid them. Coke is an expensive habit, believe me. But even if it's not that, so is any drug. It can't be good if it's keeping you from functioning properly. Best to avoid it.
