"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok guys I come to you begging someone to help me out... I have some to personal enlightenment, Today I came to terms that I need to start working out and go on a strict diet, I am not hugely over weight or anything like that, but I have a bit of a gut, I need to get in shape and I need to do it now. What I am asking one for the more experienced members is to help me lay out a work out routine that will help me cut up and help me with a diet plan that will help me burn the fat, I know with the combination of eating right and doing the right stuff at the gym I can achieve my goal. But like I said I know nothing about this I am not pretending to either, I need your help for instance helping me with what I should eat and when, I can follow rules well, so if some one would be willing to take the time to maybe give me a strict food plan to follow (for instance what to eat how much to eat when to eat it) and a gym regiment that would be great. I appreciate any help you can all be in this. I need help making this change, and I am hoping you guys can help me with it!

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Here is my professional opinion on the subject. As a long time certified fitness pro, I suggest you make a comitment to yourself to implementing the tips below.

Ok, couple of things you MUST DO:

1. Start keeping a food log
2. Cut all soda and juices from your meals.
3. Don't eat until you are full, or until you finish the entree.
4. Cut the size of your main meals.
5. Snack. You must eat something every 3 hours or so.
6. Do not skip breakfast.
7. One gallon of water/day.
8. Cardio: jog/bike/etc. 4 times a week for 25-30 minutes.
9. Weight train your entire body 3 times a per week, alternate days.
10. Focus on major muscle groups when weight training, don't worry too much about specific muscles at first.
11. Get measures, weighed, etc. Then compare your results in 4 weeks.
12. There are no BAD foods, well maybe just pork chops, sausage and any of that fatty stuff.
13. Limit your alcohol, better yet, eliminate it, it is mostly stored as fat in your system, and very quick.
14. Don't get into any of those "Low Carb" programs, anything that you're not willing to follow the rest of your life will just be temporary.
15. Take a multi vitamin/mineral supplement.
16. Don't do "Protein Drinks", instead look for a good "meal replacement" drink that is balanced. ex. Myoplex, MeTRX.
17. Don't get into the "avoiding/giving up" trap. Just reduce the size of your portions and be conciously aware of what goes in your system.

You will benefit and enjoy the benefits of your new energy levels and confidence. Stick to it. Put your character to the test and follow through.
