Ok so basically what I do in a day resumes to this boring scheme:

• Gym (my passion)
• MSN (I want to lose this completely)
• Television (I want to reduce this)
• Video games (I want to reduce this)
• Work (I want to keep this, but reduce it to 10-12 hours a week)
• School (soon)

Of course I go out from times to times on weekend, but my job is over killing me (last week of work this week) so I'm always tired as hell, especially with the gym.

So basically I want to stop spending hours after hours on the computer and TV and start doing more constructive stuff to occupy myself. So far I have thought of these things:

• Reading
• Squash
• Volunteer
• Pool
• Drawing
• Bike/Roller-Blade/Hiking (bad feet so might not be a good idea)
• Read and learn on various subjects (nerdy I know, but I like it)

So yea I might not like all this stuff, but I want to give it a try so I will stop wasting all my precious time on the computer or TV. Also, this isn't very helpful since I always end up being free for the girls, and in turns this makes me give them all my attention (I currently fight to not do this, I want it to become natural). Also, it will bring more date ideas :D

So I was wondering: Do you guys have any suggestion of hobbies I could give a try to see if I like them or not so I can stop wasting all my time?

Well getting on a bike is great idea!. I havent been riding much this summer, as I got back into cars, so most of my free time is spent on that and w/ friends. I mountain bike, it's a great way to meet people and make new friends, and a lot of fun. I'm also considering getting a road bike soon, they just look like fun.

I've made pretty terrific progress by simply yping up a schedule that I follow rigidly. Try it out, punish failure with exercise (I use push-ups) So if I think watching TV instead of following the schedule I do pushups. Sixty for each half an hour not followed.

...I hate them.

what works for me is my 100 day goal list. I can link you to it. but now even to this day I have to make a detailed list of how my day tomorrow is going to go out. I think of each day like a puzzle. it has it's problems, and I have a time frame for everything. I always leave myself a couple of hours of free time at the end of the day.. and I tell you.. nothing is a better feeling knowing you made a goal list, did everything on it, and you have the rest of the day to let your mind be free.

I seriously haven't watched TV in 2 weeks. I think I caught Entourage like 2 weeks ago.
