"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

HI, my name is Kyle, I have long black hair ear piercings and a septum piercing (the middle part of the nose) and I'm in a metal band and have tattoos. There's this girl I'm really into and she tells me that she just thinks of me as friend and it's really start starting to eat me up inside. She's into metal and all the same things that I enjoy and everyone else around us says that we should be together, even though she just thinks of me as a friend. How can I convince her that we should happen? That there's bound to be something more than friendship.

Kyle - hopelessly in need

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

First post. Read the bible and tips, and you will learn how not to get into the friend zone in the first place. The best thing to do is distance and move on. If anything will bring her to you, it will be that.

Getting out of the freind's zone is no easy task that's for sure. But it is not impossible. I've done it. It took a couple years on and off. I found that my luck with the girl completely changed for the better when I began ignoring her and pursuing other girls. She got jealous and before i knew it, she was mine. You got to use jealousy to your advantage, meet other girls and talk about them at relentlessly to her. It's like when two toddlers begin fighting over a toy, toddler 1 one only wants the toy because toddler 2 has it.

You can't convince her. That's not going to happen. You can make your move--kiss close, caveman, etc. But there's a very small chance of her ever feeling romantically interested in you, for attraction is not a choice.

Advice: forget about her and pursue another target. After your metal band releases its first music video, she'll likely fvuck you.
ON POINT BRO!!!!! If this chick doesn't feel ya, don't waste your time focusing on her. If she wanted you, she would've came on to you or gave you a green light a long time ago.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Next her and move on. You're done. The only possibility is that once you accept friendship status that she may become interested in you once you begin to ignore her and find other female friends.

But look how long it took you to hit that??? A couple of years is not worth waiting on some chick to put out.

You had it right when you just ignored her and hooked up with other girls.

Generally, working yourself out of the "friend zone" is at best spinning your wheels. It's not even worth the effort.
