I need help finding solutions to PE

So I've always delt with what I would call "mild" PE. Sometimes it was a real problem, like when I would *** in less than 30 seconds, or sometimes i could last 2-5 minutes. Other times it was less of a problem and I could last 5-10 minutes. But I was always ****ing worried about it even when it wasnt too bad. Now I feel like I've actually overcome it and I'm really really happy with my performance. That being said, I hope to one day help men overcome this problem without a pill or a damn numbing cream( the point is to enjoy sex). I know that it can be done, but I also know that everyone is different and that my experience is not the same as yours, so I need help getting to the bottom of this. Here's a couple of questions to start but feel free to share whatever you think is relavent.

1. As a man with PE what is the biggest challenge that you faced in overcoming PE, what have you tried and what were the results?

2. What would you consider to be your ideal results, or in your mind what would be the opposite of PE(I guess)?
