"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

This could not only be useful for me, but for everyone. Just make a HUGE list of everything you know that commonly needs some improvements, or some stuff you yourself had to/have to improve, and how to do so. The I (or anyone else) will pick up those who apply to me (or everyone else) put them in order from most to least important, and work on them to become and better me.

Exemple: Out of shape = Get off your lazy ass and workout (not a problem for me, but meh)

so list away! This will be useful for a lot of people here who find it hard to critize themselves (like me, unfortunately). I know I need improvements, but I can't admit it to myself -_-

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Acne=Go to a dermatologist. Seriously, most mild to moderate acne can be gone within three months with the right perscription. If you have severe acne, go get Accutane perscribed.

Dry Face=Buy some moisturizer and use it. Seriously, it's pretty disgusting to have a dry peely face.

Teeth=Brush at least twice a day, floss at least once a day. No matter how tired you are after a long night or how lazy you are in the morning, just spend three minutes brushing. Yellow teeth really are disgusting.

Clothes=Buy clothes that fit. Biggest problem with basically every guy I see. And unless it works for you, don't go for the t-shirt and jeans look every single day. It's boring and shows you put little effort into yourself.

Pudge/stomach fat=Average guys in their 20's have a bit of pudge in their stomach. Lose it. Do cardio, stop drinking soda, whatever. Just take six months, dedicate yourself, and lose it.

Just some general things I came up with.

its kinda hard to make a list when we don't know you, or know what you look like.. my list against myself is composed of three things

body, mental and attitude

I can pretty much scratch attitude off that list.. now i'm working on body and mental although i think my body will be off that list WAAAAy before mental.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

1. The Gym - Skinny guys can gain weight, Big guys can lose weight or tone themselves to look better. No excuses, see the health & fitness thread and record your workout log.

2. Health - Technically this is the same as going to the gym, but a man should really take pride in what he looks like. For me I like to keep a nice close shave. For those with acne you can get help for that. (quit being lazy)
Teeth must be brushed AT LEAST twice a day. Yellow teeth and bad breath is disgusting. SHOWER!!!! yes quite embarrising but some of us don't shower daily. (And you know who you are) And you guys wonder why you can't get a girl? Bad breath, Smelly and Out of shape, think about it.

3. Finances - Ah money, a man and a womans best friend. Money makes the world go round! Who doesn't love money seriously? Those with out jobs (including me haha) must GET UP OFF OUR ASSES and look. You want that car? Get a job. You want to be able to buy yourself that new wardrobe? Get a job. Money isn't everything BUT it does certainly help to have some extra cash in your pocket. Those that have jobs keep working harder. Nothing is handed to anyone on a silver platter, you must work for it.

4. Mental Adjustment - Being mentally stable in my opinion is why real DJ's can have and get anything they want. Stay level headed and calm at all times.

One Word.

Focus. If you don't focus on what your goals - girls & pvssy then you won't get anywhere. You can improve your focus by banning yourself from masturbating.

Drastic action I know - but if you're serious about getting a girl, sex or not - then stopping masurbation will increase your drive and turn you into a love machine. That will put your mind right on your goals.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

1. Health and well-being.
2. Intellectual fulfillment/self actualizing (god i sound like Maslow!)
3. Attitude.
4. Drive.
5. Sense of Sexuality/Masculinity.
6. Self esteem and self worth.

Among these I think attitude is the most important thing. I like to always assume I'll be successful, and usually it turns out that way...just gotta work hard and aim high.

I don't really think being a DJ is about getting chics...its about becoming the best person u can possibly be.

1. Body / Appearance
- hygeine
- muscle
- tan
- complexion
- low body fat
- nutrition

2. Mind / Intelligence
- education (school, college)
- personal reading (seduction, finance, psychology, self-improvement)
- world news (politics, interest, whatever)
- languages (spanish, mandarin, french, russian, german..whatever you want)

3. Spirit
- social life (friends, acquaintances, dating)
- hobbies (anything you like to do that doesn't have tangible rewards)
- sports (confidence, teamwork, etc)

--------------

You can spend your life on all of those things. Each has sub-topics, but that's essentially the basics of my life now. I go through those and work on whichever ones apply to my life at the time. The key to success at balancing so much is to not take on too much at once, and do something that FITS your life, not BECOMES it. Those are all supplements to a good life, not substitutes.

This actually incorrect. Teeth have a natural whitness that they reach, regardless of brushing or not. You could ALWAYS be brushing and your teeth not get any whiter. The point of brushing is to keep the teeth healthy, the gums healthy, and to avoid infections/plaque/bad breath.

Yes, brushing helps keep your mouth clean and fresh, and perhaps a bit 'whiter' but mainly just cleaner.

This is why there are teeth whiteners on the market. It's not a matter of how much/often you brush, but that you take care of your teeth. Nature determines the rest.

I'm forking out $1400 next week to get my teeth professionally whitened. A tip to all us young guys on the forum, get this kind of stuff out of the way early in life. You reap what you sew.
