“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I see this girl at the gym for awhile now, (always alone) but I've never spoken to her. One day, I was resting between sets and she walked in front of me go grab an attachment. I looked up then she looked at me. I didn't smile but I nonchalantly mouthed "hey" and slightly nodded my head (both of us had Beats on) She looked at me and smiled. The smile was close lipped and pretty wide. The eye contact was for about 3-4 seconds. I then went back to my sets then left. My questions are Is what I did creepy? At the risk of sounding douchey, I am pretty fit and attractive. I don't know if that is relevant though.
My other question is what do I do next? I will probably ignore her because I am shy and that what I did was difficult for me. Thanks for reading my post.

Dude don't be shy , if you see her often at the gym walk by like your going for a drink of water or something and be like " nice beats hahha" talk about how you cant workout when you forget them at home or something and just go with the flow. get a little repore going with her.
Make sure you got a hell of a pump also

Don't be shy, man, just strike up a convo next time. Forget the headphones in your locker and when you see her say "nice headphones, can I borrow them??"
Anything to make her crack a smile and to start a convo. Feel up her biceps and say "damn, you got pumped today, I need to hire you as a trainer!" Anything to get her to see you're a fun-time mofo.

Create some rapport, then you ask her out for a coffee after the gym, or on a weeknight. That's all it is.

Smile and prolonged eye contact is about as much as girls really give as indication of interest, thats your cue.

Next time smile for 0nly 1.6 seconds, wave at her for 4.8 sec and handshake for 8.3 sec. She will notice you.

Once she notices you. You go something like. Hey wanna come to my house to hang out. I have a really big and comfortable bed (half smile do not over do it)

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

How would one differentiate legitimate interest from being polite? How would've it played out if you didn't think she was.? That's the thing I'm confused by.

She wouldve maybe made eye contact, smiled and looked away quickly. Or probably not even smiled at all. 3-4 seconds is a LONG time for eye contact between two strangers.

Either way, it doesnt really matter what reaction she had. If you found her attractive and want to ask her out, then just talk to her. Some girls are shy and will look away even if interested, some who stare at you for 5 seconds are married, theres no reason to overthink it that much. You are the man, you take the action, you're not really concerned with her end of it. And that in and of itself she will find very attractive. You will always feel better getting rejected or being awkward than you will feel if you pvssy out and say nothing.

Thanks for the replies. I will say something next time I see her. I'm going to do it naturally, wait to bump into her rather ambushing her. From the info in my OP, in her eyes did my action seem more of a friendly or romantic nature? Just curious if she is expecting me to talk to her again. Also, any last minute tips would be appreciated. I am a champ at small talk and eye contact so don't worry about that. I will post an update once it happens.

Update: I went up to her and introduced myself. I asked her name and told her I see her all time and wondered who she was. We chatted a bit, basic info stuff. I then said she is more than welcome to workout with me sometime. She said I'll probably hold you to that. Then I said bye and nice meeting you. Then I realized, this is the wrong girl. (But she didn't know) Similar appearance from the back fooled me. She was still pretty, but i want to land the original girl. Thoughts? IMO she seemed surprised I was talking to her. Either way. somehow I feel bad, embarrassed and even creepy. I didn't exhibit any of those, at least I don't think.

 in a good way. although you are being too vague when you invite them to workout with you sometime. what does that even mean? fix something concrete that demands a yes or a no.

me, i wouldn't hit on gym people. i go there to work out not get my brain frazzled by women.

I agree. But besides work, which all my coworkers are old, I don't interact with people. I moved to a new city and I have no contacts.

I don't use the gym to pick up women, I have suggested to some "female friends" that we go to the gym together, but I've never approached in a gym

I currently live far away from my family and most of my friends, I have a couple of good friends but one is married with a baby and the other has a lot of friends so isn't available for much

I just took up a **** load of new hobbies - things I wanted to try but never got round to, if I found something I liked I kept it up, others I just crossed off my list as "tried it"
Get to meet loads of new people (male and female) and then through these people you move into other social events that get you meeting more people (women)......

one of the benefits of putting on a lot of mass(downside is you may lose the women that lkke thin guys but who cares I always want thick haha).
My mindset is, I'm changing the way I look for me.
If girls like it than great, if they don't then so be it

Luckily for me I'm a skinny guy anyways, I struggle to put on mass ;)
