honestly i'd suggest going to an asian hairdresser and going through their books
long hair is always preferred, i had short hair for years but now i'm growing it out and it's alot better
hair has to suit your face but i'd suggest to grow your sides and back out so that they don't stick out, get it thinned out once in a while, and do something with the top (cut it short if you wanna spike it, or leave it long)

Ask men.com is terrible...ive read some stuff on there and alot of it is completely opposite of this site, they ask womens opionions on how a guy should treat a girl and put it on there.
