is it bad to say these 3 words? i really miss this girl, i feel like im being afc about this. but my heart says i miss this girl.

should i follow my heart and say so? i just feel like letting her know how i feel.

edit: girl is ill and is diagnosed to be deseased in 3-6 months. i just honestly wanna let her know how i feel.
