I six feet tall and 160 lbs. I chest is kind of a-cup-ish. It kind of jiggles when I jump or move my body really fast. Do I have boobs?

Without either doing one of the following, nobody on this forum will be able to help you. Once you've finished either of the two let me know and I'll open the thread back up. With a question as vague as the one you've just asked, you may as well go onto a car repair forum and say "I turn the key, but the engine won't start - what's wrong?". There are lots of details that you've neglected, such as your current diet, exercise, alcohol consumtion, steroid intake (if any), etc etc etc.

1) Post several photographs of the affected area for discussion.
2) Visit a general practitioner.
3) Complete the above questions and include a photo.

When I move fast, my 'boobs' jiggle, all relaxed muscle and fat does that.

Different people have different amounts of fat in different areas. It's all genetics. The only way to get rid of it, is to lose weight.

BTW, you didn't just come of a cycle did you? Cause that is another story.
