i met this girl at school, hung out, got #, texted etc.

so i meet like a hb9 in a replacement lab one day, i sat next to her i thought to myself "damn shes fine" so i ask her to be my partner, we do the lab thing, and i wanted to ask her for her number but i froze up and we went our own seperate ways.

during that week i kept on hating myself for it, so i told myself i'll intentionally skip my real lab and go to another replacement lab so i can see her again.

fast forward 2 weeks,
im in the replacement lab with her, it ends over an hour early so i ask her what shes doing....

her: i might go sleep
me: your gonna drive all the way home or in the car?
her: actually, your right i should just go shopping?
me: you shop alot huh?
her: yea im shopaholic
her: actually, i might just go grab a cup of coffee (was this a clue to ask her to hang out?)
me: well, mind if i go with you?
her: sure
her: but i dont feel like driving
me: haha, its cool i'll drive.

so we end up spending over an hour at starbucks just talking about a bunch of random things (goals, family, childhood memories, books, favorite things etc.), she mentioned she really likes text-messageing and that she used to do it all the time to her ex.

then she asks me what time it is, i pull out my phone tell her the time, and said we should do this again, can i get your number.

she gives it to me, then tells me to call her so she has my number too.

then a little afterwards i drop her off to her car, then shes like, you called right i have your number? i tell her yea.

at this point i was completely butterflies, i can't believe i got her number, she was fine as hell, let alone go on a mini-date at starbucks with her on the same day.

36 hours later: i text her with, whatsup? what you up to right now?
then we just start small talking over text for like about half hour, and she had to go so i let her go.

then 2 days later: i text her with what shes doing later tonight, she says shes studying, and it just so happened i was too, we start small talking again about how she has to cram, etc. then outta nowhere she stops texting me, im not really phased by it though she probably had to study or battery died or something.



so what i wanna know is, does she sound interested? and if i do call her, whens the best time since finals is all next week and everyone technically "should be busy".

also, did i mention shes a latina, she was born in mexico and came when she was younger so shes not "americanized" so to speak, still have a damn sexy accent.

but im not latin and not used to dating latin chicks.

If you get a chance, do it. Chicks lose interest (and respect) for you so fast it's not even funny.

Don't call her or txt....... let her wonder why you aren't chasing her and she should contact you.

yea? but i never really called her once or "officially" went out with her, a gut feeling tells me that unlesss i pursue, she'll just gradually lose interest, till theres no more left, i dont think she'll contact me. i know for a fact shes leaving for vacation the week after next, i wanna ask her out before then, and then have her think about me during her whole trip and wonder what im doing, then i think she'll probably call me when she comes back

Is this girl the holy grail? You only just started to get to know her and you're acting like you 'have' to do this, you 'have to ask her out' before 'this time' - it's desperate. Stop it. It won't do you any favours with her.

Let her wonder why you aren't bothering with her and she will contact you - if there's a chance it will go anywhere.

If you contact her and ask her out she's gunna blow you out, I guarantee it.

Avoid asking a girl if you can go with her. There is a high probability that this chick is very interested in you however you turned her off by acting AFC. You could have gotton laid easily with this chick had you played your card right; well, unless she is 15 years old high school kid. Understand that:
1. she had no plans to go sleep.
2. she had no plans to go shopping.
3. and she had no plans to go to the coffee shop.

Call her azz up and tell her to meet you at your place to watch a movie. She'll know you really don't wanna watch a movie, and if she shows up, that means she doesn't just wanna watch a movie. It means she wants to fvck. So, do her the favor and put your arm around her while watching the movie and try to kiss her and see where it goes or else she will lose interest and not respect you for not trying to fvck her.

she's probably **** testing you a little bit..to see what you're going to do. you didn't kno her long enough for her to start calling you after ignoring her...i would suggest in a little while to text her again asking something like "hey did you get my text?"... she will reply with an apology and an excuse. proceed gaming...

thats a good point i thought about that too, we dont know each other well enough for her to start texting me. well actually, i know a lot about her just from that one talk at starbucks, she told be basically her family history, where shes from, likes dislikes, books, food, kids, etc. we had great rapport

however im sick of texting her, i think next time i should just call her, but what should i ask? and when should i call? i bet shes predicting that i'll either call sometime this week, or on thursday as class gets out on thursday, i dont wanna seem predictable to her.

do you picture her after a few days calling you?? just be indifferent about it, dont act like all the other dudes out there.


if you want to be unpredictable.. i find that being a little spontaneous with it is nothing wrong. just do it. i find that in the break time of your 5th-6th period class, or all early in the morning is pretty spontaneous ... nothing is more fresh than a phonecall in the morning. just be sure not to wake her up..that for sure will bring positive results.

your wrong musclyjerk, i havent contacted her since the 2nd time. it just seems like she probably wouldnt contact me unless i do it you know?

in the past i've been through alot of hit it and quit its, just meeting girls at partys and getting drunk and ****, and im actually looking for something long term now, actually, haha, i've never really approached a girl like that, in broad daylight not really knowing her.

im chasing her because shes unlike any other girls i dated in the past, shes different and after talking to her intially for about an hour, i aint gonna lie, i'm interested. and it also helps that shes about 5'9, got looks and body.

and also, im in college so there are no "periods" so to speak, me running into her on campus is very unlikely.

so i called her tonight, she picked up, but she sounded really busy and said she'll give me a call back tomorrow.

she has my # on caller ID, so since she picked up does that means shes still interested?
