No, it counts but try building a significant amount of muscle eating only tuna..

Feel free to eat some if you enjoy it or you want to keep costs down, but the bulk of your protein should still be from red meat and whole eggs. Those are naturally anabolic foods; ultra 'clean' proteins like tuna and chicken breast aren't.
