You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I have been working out HARD for the last 2 months and going to post 2 progress pics.

History:
Used to be fat... i mean 42 inch waist (32 right now)

At 18 i lost it (depression), but had streach marks and extra skin because i lost it so fast down to 160 (30-32 inch waist)

went threw life and had to watch my weight so i didnt gain it back but always had that chub.

Started MMA and about a month into it got serious, i go 5 times a week (2 privates) and stoped going to gym and creatine because i do a **** load at training... my trainer isnt very kind to me.

biceps stayed the same after cratine and dont grow, but torso changing.

Right now i take, GNC vitamins, muscel milk, no explode, fish oil (my joints kill me).

Yes i did shave my chest and stomach and next time going to wax.... hey its summer and its not like i did my arms and legs.

and i am red because i am pale so i am getting a little darker, i do this almost every summer, just to put a little color... i am not 3 times a week.

So here we go... be kind, but i am sure some trolls will have fun with this.

Now remember these are 2 months into working out HARD (not always eating the best lol). so its not dramatic but i think i am going somewhere. the one thing that makes me kinda mad is my stomach isnt rock hard, i think i am doing my sit ups wrong.

oh i dont have any fat pics
the hairy one is a before pic before i started training.

Thai boxing (what i am mostly into) if you want to be good at it you need a lot more cardio (which you will get thru training). true bjj is hard (i used to be more into that) but hit a punching bag takes a lot of you, toughening your shins and body takes a lot of pain, hiting pads and dodging shots takes a lot of quick thinking and reacion... its weird because its like things slow down now. The pain makes it feel real also...

You can be real surgical with thai boxing, its not just jabs and crosses... you combine stuff to make combos and its fun... and when you get fast its AWSOME, you can just let your hands go and they have a mind of there own. In the aspect of MMA we just train no gie... we sometimes combine BJJ and thai boxing during sparing with take downs and basic rolling.

First off. Situps alone won't build a solid midsection.

Add compound lifts. Seriously.

Those are some pretty good results... could you share some more details about your routines and eating habits?

Well at training (about 4-5 times a week) we do 20 min of cardio (run and push ups, squats, side steps, sprints... things to get our heartrate up and down like a real fight). then about 40 min of actual training (bag and pads).

Eating... i eat fish about 5 times a week, i eat dessert as dinner 1 time a week (have to splurge sometimes :). and try to eat health really, but sometimes it dosnt work out... i also eat 1 nutrigrain bar in the morning to start my motablisim.

Suppliments are, no-explode, muscel milk (drink after work out only), fish oil, GNC vitamins.
