Getting a faster modem.

What socially acceptable practices should moderators have to learn to be a better moderator?

Well, Desdinova really should quit being a hard ass

 

[NHY]

1. Database Issues! How many times have I gotten Database Errors in the past few days!!??

2. The Database should either be sorted out or the server needs to be upgraded.

3. Mods should learn that they don't need to consult an admin every time they need to do something ( trust me, I've seen this on other fourms! )

Topics / Posts they should lock or delete would be flames or spam, nothing more really.

4. A Troll is just some person who joins the fourms here just the sake of annoying EVERYONE by thier ways! Worse still, they could end up hacking the fourms! ( I've seen it before )
