I just got rejected

Tonight I got rejected by a co-worker who has shown a lot of interest over the last two months (no i didn't misread the signals). Apparently she's currently dating somebody. Could be an excuse could be true.

This was her response to me "thanks for asking me, believe me I have sensed our energies. I don't know if i have flirted too much, it wasn't quite my intentions but i have to tell you, I'm currently dating somebody and don't know where it will lead but only one at a time right!?
Hope this doesn't ruin anything!?

I rarely get rejected, mostly because I go for women with high interest, but this time I gambled to get out of my comfort zone. I've known her for a year since she got hired at my job. This is the weird part. I'm happy about it and can't stop having this stupid grin on my face. I'm meeting her at the gym tomorrow and if i bust out laughing she's going to think somethings wrong with me. I expected to at least feel a bit slighted but I don't understand this weird mood I'm in. I feel like upping my game. Have more fun without pursuing, now that there's no pressure.

Anybody experienced this sensation before? It's new to me. I also came across this video which was pretty fvcking funny and spot on too

I didn't wait. I have a policy of not dating co-workers I see very day, specially when they are sitting a few feet from me. I just decided, what the heck. As for meeting her. It's the gym not a date. We are there to work out not make out. Should I avoid her just because she turned me down? Who cares life goes on. I'd rather work out with an attractive co-worker than some sweaty dude bragging about how much he lifts

And yes, girls who are interested will reject you, just to see what happens. (frame test) If you fail the test, you get rejected twice.

Yup I had that happen to me before, but more so with breakups rather than rejections though. I always feel like a king after for some reason and I swear I'm better because of it. It's ****ing awesome. It gives me a huge epiphany that lasts several weeks and I'm just wowed by the world and feel really good. I hold my head up higher and feel better. Has the exact opposite effect it would have on most guys lol. Then the girl and her friends all look at me weirdly lol. I'm just a little nutty I suppose. Feels good to be me

Dont avoid her and act all weird because that shows that you're butt hurt over her rejecting you. Be friendly and knock the flirting off. Dont burn the bridge but go find other women. She is a co worker and friend. Treat her as such.....no more, no less.

Go find 3 women who are monsters in bed and dont forget to slip up and mention them on occasion when the co worker is around.

I've concluded this chick is just batsh*t crazy. She's still showing a lot of interest and now she's even started to periodically adopt some of my attitudes and sayings. Only time I've experienced a girl doing this when I'm in a LTR with them. She goes to great lengths to explain why she's sometimes in a rush after we are done at the gym even though I could care less. When I'm sometimes 5-10 minutes late she wants to know why. Wtf does it matter? Is she having an imaginary relationship with me in her head?

We used to workout a couple times a week back when I thought it was going somewhere, now I've cut it down to Thursdays (not going to waste gas on a dead end when there's a gym close by my place) since there's another gym close to our work, we can get something done before our shift starts. We have been doing this for a few weeks. Yesterday she told me we should go before the week ends? I told her, 'tomorrow?' being it's Thursday and all. She hesitated. I told her casually with a smile 'I'm going and she can show up or not' she immediately said yes after that. Wth is that about?

I'm not even sure she's dating at this point, I'm more convinced something else is up. She was sick last week. I told her I don't want to catch what she has. She told me not to worry she's not kissing anybody. That didn't even make sense in that context. She also explained her daughter was sick so she had her dad take her another day so she could be home alone. Maybe she's trying to tell me she's dumped the guy or I've just been **** tested while figuring out what she wants. No matter the reasons, I'm going to figure out a way to switch to another gym chain without upsetting the poor thing

This would have been more simple if I stuck to my principles of not going for co-workers.
