"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I think Im way below most guys in here. Ive never talked to a hot girl in any unformal way much less done anything with them. Several incidents in my life prevented me from growing in this field and actually made my social skills plummet. I need to start and get this part of my life handeld now. I've read everything in this website (bible, posts, etc.) but it just goes in one ear and out the other. What would you recommend for a guy like me who has little social skills and needs change everything as soon as possible.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Get some help from a therapist. Not everyone can overcome there problems on their own. The fact that youre so unwilling to listen to what people here have to say, let alone try to pull yourself out of your slump, you need someone to help you personally. Get a friend that get girls and watch what he does; watch what other guys who get girls do as well. You can learn social skills by watching others. You have to do something about it. Im willing to bet you havent put that much effort in for very long. PM me if you want help, be specific about what your problems are and what you what to fix.

Oh come on, I changed w/o help, too.

-Stop jerking off.
-Be confident and so on. Read the DJ bible.
-listen to new music, especially dancehall, dance, groove...
-get out, do a tour w/ other guys your age, get other opinions.

Ill visit a therapist although this week i will try talk to as many strangers as possible. I dont want to sound like that guy dreamx or those other trolls, Im willing to follow people's advice.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I got bored with it. Something about having to do it myself. Eh.

man i was like you in highschool, but when it finished i started going on this site. Now i am in a new college and doing good.
Seems to me like you are in first year of your college right?? never a better time to change, become socially popular by hanging out with all the right people, dress right and play it right(askmen.com), at the same time just keep reading tips and keep practicing, after a while it will just become natural to you and you will have a good social life and girls will naturally like u.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Dude you havent even tried. You cant wait a week and decide you need help cause you put forth no effort. Change your attitude first and foremost. Believe that you can do things and youll be suprised what direction itll take you. Im starting to kinda think youre a troll...dreamx perhaps?

I don't think you need to see a damn therapist at all!

Waste of money, imo.

What YOU need to do, is something stupid.

You think I'm kidding, but I'm not.

If you don't want to be shy (which I'm sure you are), throw yourself out in the open.

Wear a damn sticky note on your head with your name on it.

Fvck what anyone thinks.

Start with doing random things around your friends, stuff you would normally be too afraid to do.

Like touching them on the shoulder and stuff.

But most of all, just realize that you're just another goddamn person, and you have just as much possibility as anyone else to achieve what they want, which is an ASS LOAD!

-Good Luck!

No, that's a truly terrible idea. When you're shy, the very last thing that you want to do is go out and make a fool of yourself. You have to start small.

What the original poster should likely do is to get a job if you don't have one already, earn some money, and then start hanging out at public places. Challenge yourself by joining one of the Bootcamps once another one opens up, and follow them to the letter.

Good luck!

My opinion on this, its never too late to change, stop beatin it like dogfish said, be more confident in what you do, GO OUT. I was the same for the most part, then i got a license and now i go anywhere just because. Drive to places that you can brag about ie "Drove out to malibu yesterday, conditions were prime, my friends and I had a blast..." you get the picture. I recommend simply talking to people, be more interactive. You can start out by just saying hi to people at school, random strangers, etc.. Just remember, who cares what others think.

This may seem a bit too intense, but like you said, you don't have much time and what IS the worse that can happen, you need to realize that like you said, you have hit rock bottom, try it all.

dont try to change everything at once. you're gonna bomb miserably and become confused. keep things simple...two or three things at a time. you wanna work out? i dont but it'll make you a better person. make it part of your overall changing appearance...haircut, nice new clothes, bottle of cologne etc. broke? go get a job. start reading pooks work, being a person who gets things done. if you want to change your life you start with the easiest to change stuff. start watching friends instead of star trek, get a tan, spend some time looking in the mirror, etc. its really not that complicated, but getting things started is the hardest part.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yea, ever since he was banned I keep waiting for him to pop up. Its kind of a shame, actually, he was starting to get a little better. Oh well.

Edit: After reading the ViperX posts, I've changed my mind. Dreamx, if you read this, you need a therapist. I'm not kidding, you seriously have issues and you need to see a professional.

On to the problem at hand, first off, you have to realize that most people are actually as bad off as you are in terms of skills, they just are confident about it. Life is 90% confidence and 10% skill (i'll leave luck out of this). Secondly, try printing off articles on the things you want to change most and reading them before bed. Your brain converts short term to long term memory when you sleep, so you'll remember what your read more than if you just read during the day. Third, either get into a bootcamp or start one (even if you just do it on your own). You need a serious confidence boost.

Im not a geek, Im a normal somewhat shy person who's just afraid to take risks. My problem is that I have low self-esteem. I know that if something life changing happens to me I can become the outgoing guy I was back before my teen days.
