I have never said that there's ZERO quality women in this American market. I have said (and will continue to say until someone proves the stats, research and personal experience wrong) is that it's increasingly difficult to find them and it's also increasingly difficult to KEEP them in a quality woman stance.

T.O. over-simplifies this problem by just saying, "Welp, those guys just don't have the right levels of game, if they just increase their levels of game then the women will act right," that's the stupidest shyt I have ever heard in my life and it's equivalent to how black women a lot of times will tell a black man that he just can't quote, unquote "HANDLE a strong black woman". With all of the challenges that men have to juggle today, including the economic market, cost of living, etc., who the FVCK has time to go through advanced "gaming" techniques just to MAKE A GROWN A.SS WOMAN act like a fvckin LADY instead of a retarded child? Yeah, I got raped in FC. My kids paid the price too. I raise them, I pay for their college even though the court says 'she' is supposed to pay half. Fu*k her. I am not going to sit around 'waiting for Everyman' to organize protests or else do nothing. I can tell you we went through all the BS everyone does... Naggin... Bytchin.. Blow outs... Divorce threats... Cops called on me because I lost my shyt... Etc.. It happens to everyone. Most of the BS is related to insecurity and anxiety and almost always tied to internal issues from childhood programming. Learn to control your anxiety and shyt often doesn't get blown out of proportion(easier said than done since anxiety creates fight, flight, or freeze response so if you can't control your anxiety you need help). Talk lots... Don't do shyt (either of you) without enthusiastic agreement of the other. Plan dates.... NO COVERT CONTRACTS... Be up front. However there is always covert contracts.. So learn them and make them known to eachother... So they are no longer covert! Do do something for your girl without expectations of reciprocation.. You do it out of love. Be the leader.. But not a dictator. PICK WHAT'S FOR DINNER... Never say I don't know. Can't tell you how important that one is... Truth! And honesty... That has to be the foundation... If its not your doomed. There is so much I can't even think of it all.. I watch guys here and I just shake my head if they talked to their women like they type here .. Women have a deep need for openess and honesty and conversation.. Its as strong as a guys need for sex.... Stop looking in bars for chicks.. Stop looking in all the wrong places. And patience! I had anger issues too... Threw shyt...smashed shyt.. Punched holes in my walls when I was angry... I even got my guns out once during a fight... To kill myself.. That was a huge eye opener.. Went to a psycologist for a while WITH my wife.. After that..(Tried counsellors they suck) there is a whole slew of dynamics that make or break it.. For a while only my promise to god (I'm christain but hate organized religion)kept us together... That somehow there was a lesson to learn in all our strife...knowing if we can't fix us we will just bring the same problems to the next relationship... Oh and we had kids too... Who are now 18 (I'm 37) and 12. Not sure if that was the answer or not... But its what came to mind from the post above

Edit: also.. Everyone has bad days and baggage..not everyone is orth staying with either if they have structual issues.. Such as lieing... Massive debt... No job.. Ect.. And everyone takes out their bad days and stress on those they are most comfortabl.. Doesn't make it right.. But it does.. And if your in your relationship early..
