I have a problem and need some advice

So last week we were gonna party. My friends and I went over to this guy's house for the pregame. The parties we were going to go to got busted so we just kept drinking...I don't know how much I drank.

I remember that night to the point where we got back into the dorm
but...apparently i did some stuff...

Apparently i was in my boxers and went up to this girl's room and tried to pee
they kicked me out. So I went to another girl's room and slept in this bed with some random whale just talking to her and watnot. Then at some point I crouched under the girl's desk and started peeing through my boxers...They kicked me out and I tried to get back in, after that I went to sleep in my bed...

Now this mess got cleaned up and the girls weren't that upset because I apologized and everything. But apparently the RAs found out and I have a meeting tomorrow with one to discuss what happened.

I'm trying to avoid getting a drinking ticket here because that might screw me over for a while...especially with spring break coming up in a month.

So there's no evidence against you other than what, rumors? I'm guessing that you have a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol, so if you admit to drinking just a little that will be enough to get you in trouble.

All the power is in the RA's hands. Even if you admit nothing and there's no proof, they can still decide that you are in trouble. When it comes to discipline from a college, you have just about no rights at all.

Think about your RA's perspective. Typically they get a scholarship for room and board in exchange for baby-sitting the 18 year olds. When people are gossiping about you running around sh!tfaced and peeing everywhere, how does that make your RA look? The school is strict on the RA's supervision of you because they don't want you to die from alcohol poisoning, because that makes them look really bad, plus possibly get sued. The RA should be concerned about you getting him or her fired and losing the RA scholarship.

The RA has probably just heard rumors. If I were you, I would apologize profusely to the RA for any trouble you have caused them personally, while at the same time not specifically admitting that you consumed alcohol. If you sense that the RA is trying to pin you down on the 'did you drink, yes or no?' question, then just laugh it off and tell them you have a cousin who is a lawyer and he says to not answer questions without him there. They will likely punish you anyway, but not admitting anything always makes it harder for them.

There are a few pieces of evidence against me.

1. The girl whose room I peed in had to call maintenance to come clean up the piss, so I think that was logged.

2. My RA asked me about what I did and I admitted that I drank. He didn't care, but tells me disciplinary action may take place.

So I'm torn between being honest and apologetic and seeing if he lets me off easy, or lying so he can't give me drinking ticket.

LMFAO..best part of the story altogether. They can't do sh!t to your spring break plans, hitch a ride and get out of town. That sounds like a first time offense and you should be ok. Show the RA (or 2) respect.

This is a hilarious story. As you get older, you'll be glad you have it. I love joking around with friends about our college shenanigans.

I was caught up in 3 dorm parties freshman year and gave a fake name every time. No consequences until I was carrying a duffle bag of liquor back to the dorms. I had to pass by the campus officers and the strap broke 20 feet away. He said, I was fine until you dropped the ball. Met with the head RA and she said we have been going after you for a few months. I received a bullsh[FONT=&quot]іt 6 month probation, not academic either.

If this is your first offense OP, don't lose sleep over it because the punishment is not as bad as you think. Just tell them you learned your lesson and it won't happen again.

It wasn't so much what I was drinking, but how much I was drinking...

I had about half a handle of skittles vodka, along with several beers over the course of a few games of quarters. Yuenglings, Bud Lights, Busch Ice, etc.

I wasn't too great at quarters so I found myself getting pretty hammered...

And onto PPRF's reply, I was pulling for the Ravens because I wanted to see Ray Lewis finish off his career with a ring. I could care less for Flacco. I mean he's good but just looks like a guy with absolutely no depth or personality.
