...why is it that so many people on here think that lifting weights is gonna all of a sudden make you good with women?
I really wanna know....BAD....
I really wanna know....BAD....
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Men like women who are hot.Craig Reeves said:...why is it that so many people on here think that lifting weights is gonna all of a sudden make you good with women?

So true, its the whole package, and not just the fact you have muscles.stronglifts said:Men like women who are hot.
Guess part of the emasculation of today's men, involves men thinking that women want men who look good.
Let's face it. Looks only work 1day/week/month/whatever. Afterwards it's your attitude that is decisive.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

And the fact that your looks are constantly attracting other women forcing your woman to think of you more as a prize AND realize she has to compete to keep you because she can see other women looking at you ready to pounce should she slip. I had this highlighted for me in my last really long term relationship. She was really concerned all the time about other girls looking at me.. she was always looking at the competition. She knew who liked me and was attracted to me far before i ever noticed.stronglifts said:Let's face it. Looks only work 1day/week/month/whatever. Afterwards it's your attitude that is decisive.
 fat chicks. I see some that thing the are the ****. They stomp around all dressed like they own the place, gut hanging out and.... Man what a turn off. And some REALLY think they are the bomb.mrRuckus said:Oh and looking good and knowing i look good is sure going to affect my attitude. I hate enough on fat chicks that they're the sh1t when they're ugly as sin, i'm not about to let myself be ugly and still go around strutting.
thats true, but they didnt attain it the way we do today. i doubt they watched their carbs or used treadmills. primitive man was a bad-ass mofo, and not because of an impressive bicep curl.Plenty of them were of men looking gallant
no1. Lifting weights shows determination and discipline.
thats not a positive character trait. It shows you care about your body and that you take pride in it.
thats not the issue, any rational person would say yes. but they might not say 'yes' to the overall exchange of input-->output2. Would you really be a scrawny little man or a jacked guy with a 6 pack and ripped muscles?? Hmm, I wonder what one I would decide.
maybe, maybe not. i at 200lbs with a light history in boxing want no part of Matt Hughes, Anderson Silva, or Tito Trinidad. Hell even small guys like Manny Pacquiao or Miguel Cotto can fuk me up.3. You can kick ppl's a$$ with muscles and you can defend yourself better.
Duh.4. Women loved ripped guys. Like I said, a girl will take a ripped guy with a great personality than a scrawny toothpick with a great personality.
Maybe. dorkwads mostly. gaywads too. Any kind of wad pretty much.5. Guys who work on their bodies feel more confident because they know they look good and will feel good.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
