“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Alright it seems that every time I wake up in the morning I am really f*cking moody I hate it.

But also when I wake up I kinda panic cause I have bad dreams or thoughts. Like today whan I woke up I started breathing hard for a minute cause my dream freaked me out man. It was me beating up a old friend of mine up. BTW I never did and never will.

Or I wake up thinking about all the bulls*it I did bad in the past. Thinking it will comeback to haunt me. BTW it shouldnt. and alsoI have learned from my mistakes.

Im so f*cking sick of this. I take anxiety/ depression pills and I am still freaked out man.

What should I do? cause I really hate sleeping now.

Besides your conscious, It is the pills that are causing it.

i am not an expert, but if you had a concusion ( i had one back in 9th grade, and didnt take any pills.). Are the pills recommended by your doctor? i would double check with him to see whats up. At times i wake up with a moody attitude its ussually because i haave had lack of sleep and my body is still tired from the day before. My mom said i need to sleep more, and eat more, and drink more water. Im not saying that those are your problems, but i would try sleeping more......

hopefully i helped alil.

dont read this in the morning :)

why dont you give yourself, each day, a period of pure relaxation, a period where you sit in a relaxing environment, breath, and have a thinking session.

If you have bad thoughts of your past pop up, then think them over in a very logical way, think of how it "could've been worst" and that thankfully you're each day getting a step closer to your ideal position in life

Pretty much to sum it up, you have to be positive, and before you can be positive Think positive. Do something that you enjoy, go buy yourself anything that makes you happy, hit the gym if you haven't already, expand your social life, and etc.

pretty straight forward advice, but if done, im sure will have a positive affect on you.

Or take a walk, workout, something to get the endorphins going when you wake up. Plus it'll help you snap out of the grogginess faster if you're not a morning person.

Waking up for me is tough. I want to get up but my bed is too comfy and I'm not in full control of myself when I wake up. Its like I'm blacked out and don't know whats going on. The first step is the hardest. I ordered this two days ago:
