"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Good news... I got my credit report and I am good to go... what does tat have to do with anything... my overall confidence... I want every aspect of my life to be exemplary.... AWESOME!

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Gotcha!
Thanks Salinechow! Will do! l am just getting back in the game. One of the things I realize is my confidence is shot after a few years of taking care of my mom, and the aftermath, I forgot about myself... I will make a big time come back.

A term to help you not only in life but with woman as well.

"Because"

Start adding because to your statements. "I will make a huge come back!...BECAUSE I am committed to reading more material and hitting the gym again 6 days a week."

These are declarative and clarifying statements. They help us outline and contract ourselves to our goals. They demonstrate self cognition and leadership. ESPECIALLY when you write them down.

"I am so into your body." White noise to a girl.

"I am so into your body because your smooth caramel skin makes me want to know what it going to taste like later." She is turned on.

"You look great tonight." Huh. O yeah. Thanks. Barely looks up from her phone.

"You look great tonight because of the way your necklace fits so perfectly with your outfit and draws my eyes towards your gorgeous necklines" Puts phone away, blushes, touches said neck lines, feels feminine, pretty and a smidge vulnerable.

"I am committed to making more money this year." That's great. Aren't we all.

"I am committed to making more money this year because I have to much idle time and Id like to have a new (whatever thing) by this time next year." "I will be successful because I am committed to find another job in the next 2 weeks."

Give me some back. You have nothing to lose by practicing here.

I am going to be a better man, because I will make sure that I have taken care of all areas of my life, and will reflect that in my confidence, and interactions towards others...
