Well you guys can say fine get a hooker or a escort. But thats for betas. Going for hookers is knowing you lost the game and are unable to make a woman romantically interested in you.

I dont have anything against hookers by the way, they need to survive too.

Need to find hobbies that make me realize i can live without sex or a woman. Being a 40 y/o 3/10 loser is not the end of the world after all.

Dude, why are you so dismissive of the things we're telling you? We're trying to help you, man. You can't just expect to change overnight. There is no magic formula or line. You must learn to love yourself before a woman will ever love you. It takes time man. It's taken me at least 3 years to get from being depressed and absolutely no good with women to getting where I am now, confident and at least halfway decent with the ladies. Happiness comes from within, you have to learn how to build it inside of you, you cannot depend on a woman to make you happy. Once you can do that, you'll have a much easier time.

who cares if going for hookers means you know you are unable to make a woman romantically interested in you, you say you have no chance of getting a date or getting laid anyway. real women have no interest in me either but ive been able to fck some hot blonde 9.5s because of online hookers and strippers and whatnot. it is what it is.

Guys can't you understand that this is just all in your head. I've had somewhere between 50 and 60 women in my life. And those are rookie numbers for most of the older guys on here. I'm an ugly bugger and not rich. If you've got mental issues which are stopping you progressing see a professional and get them fixed.

Get the fuvk off your couch and go work out, come out of your shell, get out of your comfort zone. If you're not willing to change, you have no business posting here on a forum about self improvement

This guy nailed it. They won't take care of someone who won't take care of them self. It takes time. You should be able to be happy without women. If you drink, cut it out and get into the gym.

Everyday do something. I'm tired today. Big week at work day with a girlfriend yesterday sports, bit of social all the usual.

So I'm binge watching TV. Un DJ like behaviour you cry. Today I've also been to breakfast with an old Friend. And TV watching does not occur from the couch. It happens while exercise biking or doing my shadow kickboxing routine with hand weights. And I m slowly working on the domestics and cooking something healthy for dinner between shows. It's all about finding easy things to do that move you forward on those days when you really don't feel like it. Do it by habit and routine not by willpower.

This site is full of life hacks that make it easier. EG I always have chopped spinach and kale in my freezer and psyllium husks for fibre. If my diets been terrible for a day I threw all that into a meal and suddenly my nutritional profile for the day isn't so bad.

If your diet happens to be terrible you could instantly take those tricks and improve your macronutrients. You wouldn't need to learn to cook or wait until you join the gym or whatever excuse you been using you could do that today. Likewise exercising walking and body weight routines are instantly available on this site and others. You could start today. If you did 15 minutes basic body weight exercises every morning you would notice the difference in 2 weeks.
